Starting to bring your attention to your breath here as you settle into a comfortable position.
Closing down the eyes,
Softening your gaze,
Maybe grabbing your eye mask.
Relaxing the jaw,
The forehead,
Dropping your shoulders.
Softening your chest,
Relaxing your belly.
Noticing the surface beneath you.
Noticing if you can feel that support of that surface beneath you.
As you bring your attention back to your breath.
As we practice with the breath,
It's that practice of building trust in your breath.
That breath that's been with you all day,
Every day of your life.
A connection in with your life force,
Your energy,
Your spirit.
And when the mind wanders,
If the mind wanders,
That's okay.
It's just doing what it knows how to do.
Very slowly,
Very gently bringing it back to the breath.
Noticing if you can soften into that trust in the breath.
And if the body starts to yawn,
That's just that signal that you're relaxing.
That you're softening here.
So giving yourself that permission to just be right here.
Tuning in here to three nice deep breaths.
Nice inhale in through the nose all the way into the bottom of the belly.
And a nice long exhale,
Softening,
Letting it go,
Letting it all out.
Again,
A nice deep inhale into the bottom of the belly.
And softening,
Releasing,
Letting it all out.
Letting that exhale be nice and long,
Emptying here.
And that last inhale,
Nice and deep into the bottom of the belly.
And a nice long exhale,
Letting it out,
Letting it all go here.
Just returning that attention into your breath.
That cleansing power of your breath here.
So you bring in that soft visualization of you in a place in nature.
Surrounded by trees,
Feeling the earth beneath you.
Starting to visualize those roots moving down from the bottom of your feet.
The root of your spine.
Going deep into that center of the earth.
Going wide through that mycelium network.
The rocks,
The dirt,
Pebbles.
And on the inhales,
Maybe inviting in a white light,
A bright light.
And on the exhales,
Letting those roots go deeper.
Softening,
Just tuning into the breath.
And as you soften,
If there are any emotions that are at the surface,
Just giving space for them to exist.
Noticing if you can just feel into any sensations in the body.
Whether that's a tingling,
A buzzing,
A tension or tightness.
And just letting them be sensations.
Not judging or assigning meaning to them.
If there's any stories that come up associated with the sensations or associated with the emotions.
Just letting them go all the way down into the earth.
Giving those stories into the earth here.
You don't need them.
Just keep coming back to the breath.
And continuing to deepen that root.
Letting these roots be a portal between you and the land beneath you.
Again on those inhales with that bright light.
Allowing yourself to open to any wisdom of the land.
Any wisdom of spirit.
Letting it connect you in with your wisdom here.
And on these exhales,
Continuing to give into the earth.
Inviting in a release into the earth.
What we may consider to be negative or bad energy is just energy to the land.
So giving yourself that permission to let go.
Especially letting go of what is not yours here.
There's any emotion that you've picked up from someone else.
Any fear that is not yours.
Any sadness that is not yours to hold.
Giving it as this offering into the land here.
Knowing they can hold it.
And as those roots go all the way down deep into that center of the earth.
Into that fiery core.
Fire is that most powerful property to alchemize emotions.
To shift them.
So if there's any anger that's present with you.
Giving it into that fiery core and letting it shift into action.
If there's any fear,
Letting it dissolve and soften into love.
Any grief allowing for yourself.
To also hold space for the gratitude.
So you continue to release it here.
And all those roots,
They stay nice and deep.
Your awareness comes back up into your body.
Noticing where the energy in your body is most alive.
Where it is here.
That grounding energy.
Allowing it to start to expand outside of you here.
Creating a nice bubble.
This protection of your energy here.
This protection of your peace.
Seeing the shield again surrounding you and protecting you.
And starting to call and support into this shield.
Whether that's that support from your higher power.
The support of your own inner wisdom.
Support of the trees.
Any plants,
Any animals.
Any angels,
Ancestors or guides.
Only those that are here for your highest good.
And knowing that that support is within you.
Allowing yourself to see from this place.
A protected,
Grounded,
Cleansed energy.
Just how far you've come.
Getting to know yourself.
Loving yourself.
Trusting yourself.
Uncovering your light.
And coming back to that knowing,
That deep belief.
And that realization.
You are still growing.
You always will be.
And each and every moment does not define who you are.
Does not define your progress.
You can always come back to you.
You can always come back to your breath.
You can always come back to that bright light.
Light of healing.
That is always within you.
You can always come back to your power.
The power that you have.
To live authentically.
To set boundaries.
To care for others in a way that doesn't come at the cost of your well-being.
Just inviting in.
What your inner wisdom wants you to know here today.
Breathing it in.
Making space for it here.
From this place of deep knowing,
Deep trust.
Deep awareness.
That no matter what happens,
You've got your back.
You have the power to build the life that you want to live.
Because you are already doing it.
Visualizing how you can continue to step into your power here.
How you can continue to take care of yourself here.
How you can continue to spread your light here.
Breathing into those visualizations and seeing yourself continuing to show up for yourself.
To show up for your life.
As we slowly start to close out this practice with three nice deep breaths.
Taking that nice deep inhale all the way into the bottom of the belly.

Another deep breath,
A prayer.
Hands on your body.
Listening to your body,
Giving it what it needs here.
Very slowly,
Very gently starting to bring some movement back into your body.
Maybe tapping your legs on the right side,
On the left side.
Maybe tapping your shoulders.
Maybe crossing your arms and tapping the opposite ones,
Bringing back.
And before you come back to the screen,
Coming back to the room around you,
Noticing what you see.
Going on with your day with peace and ease and whatever is present with you.
