We spend so much time in a constant state of motion, doing, production. This is your opportunity to hit the pause button for a few minutes and just simply be. Get comfortable while I guide you to a felt sense of being with gentle music in the background.

Bring your body into a comfortable position.

All your shoulders to melt away from your ears,

Your jaw to unclench,

And the space between your eyebrows to soften and widen.

Let your gaze soften or close your eyes as much as is comfortable for you.

Guide your awareness to your breath.

Feel the air travel along the rims of your nostrils through the nasal passages,

Down the throat,

And into your lungs.

Then feel the breath travel out of your lungs,

Up your throat,

Along the nasal passages,

And out your nostrils.

Notice the length and depth of your inhale and that of your exhale.

Notice if the breath has a texture or a sound.

Allow your awareness to shift away from the actions of breathing and focus on the feeling of breathing.

Allow your body to become softer and heavier with each breath,

Settling more deeply into your seat or into the earth.

And grant yourself permission to be.

Use this as an opportunity to set your to-do list to the side.

Take this time to release any judgments,

Frustrations,

Worries,

Or anxieties.

Let this be a moment without requirement.

Know that nothing is required of you and you require nothing because you have already done and have everything you need in this moment.

Feel yourself become expansive.

Allow your mind to quiet.

Thoughts do not control you and you do not control your thoughts.

Allow energy to flow through you and around you,

Bringing you into alignment.

You are connected to yourself and at the same time,

In deep connection with all creation.

Time has stopped while you are in this moment.

There is nothing to complete,

Accomplish,

Or check off.

You are in the here and now,

Just being.

You do not need to be in a state of constant doing.

You can pause,

Reset,

Recharge,

And just be.

Like the moon,

Everyone needs to be able to step into the shadows,

Away from the chaos and busyness of the outside world.

Focus on yourself and then re-emerge,

Rejuvenated and replenished.

Being is the conscious act of connecting to your inner world,

Connecting to yourself.

I'm going to offer you a few moments of space without my voice to allow for a deeper turn inward and a deeper state of being.
