It's time to relax.

Begin by focusing on your breath.

Notice how gentle it flows in and flows out of your lungs.

In and out.

Now go ahead and take a nice big deep breath.

And as you release it,

Imagine the tension,

The stress that you've been holding onto.

Just allow it to begin to leave your body.

And with each breath you take,

Your body relaxes more and more.

And the stress releases and leaves your body.

Breathing in,

Exhaling out.

In and out.

Very well.

With unwanted thoughts come into your mind,

Send them away with your breath.

Breathing in,

Exhaling out.

Wanting to relax.

Allowing yourself to relax.

Focusing on my voice.

The sound of my voice helps you relax,

Sinking deeper and deeper down.

And now with your eyes closed,

Imagine a gentle light above you.

That light can be any color you choose.

Knowing that it represents a quiet,

Calm,

Peaceful energy.

That light is beginning to shift and move almost as if it were a liquid.

Imagine that liquid relaxation now spreading down through your head and continuing down through your entire body.

Down through every muscle,

Every bone,

Every organ,

Every nerve,

Every cell.

Relaxing you.

Feeling very calm,

Very peaceful.

That liquid relaxation is now spreading.

Flowing down through your head and face.

Down through your neck.

It flows into your shoulders,

Softening all the muscles in your shoulders.

Relaxing you even more.

It feels so good to relax.

That liquid relaxation now spreads from your shoulders down through your back.

Softening each and every muscle in your back.

And now that liquid relaxation spreads down each arm.

Down your elbows,

Your forearms,

Wrists,

Hands,

All the way down to your fingertips.

So calm,

So peaceful.

The liquid relaxation is now flowing into your chest.

Allowing you to breathe deeper and even more relaxed.

It continues to flow down through your stomach,

Your pelvis,

Your hips.

Down through your legs,

Your feet,

All the way down to the tips of your toes.

Every part of your body is completely relaxed right now.

Every part of your body from the tips of your toes to the top of your head is filled with this lovely liquid relaxation.

You're feeling so calm,

So peaceful.

Seeing your body,

Your mind,

Your spirit to be in perfect harmony.

Completely relaxed.

Very well.

Now,

I'd like you to imagine yourself somewhere in nature.

Somewhere that is so beautiful and welcoming and calming to you.

A place in nature you enjoy to go.

Perhaps you even long to be here sometimes.

And notice yourself sitting and enjoying the nature around you.

You're taking it all in and it feels good and calming and peaceful.

You notice it is the perfect temperature and all the sounds that you like to hear are present and you feel safe.

And you notice sitting next to you is fear.

And because you're feeling so calm and safe and peaceful,

You are able to turn to fear and let fear know it can go now.

Let fear go and take a break and leave you in peace and calmness and feeling healthy and safe.

While you're sitting out in nature,

You decide to take a scan of your body and you notice how strong and healthy and energized you feel.

And you notice with each breath you take that your health grows stronger and you're boosting your immune system.

And you notice how much you take pride in taking care of your health.

And you love boosting your immune system,

Taking care of your body and your mind and your spirit.

And you find yourself taking time every single day to love yourself,

To nurture yourself,

To stay informed and then turn off the news,

To make sure that you're talking about things that uplift you.

You're finding time to connect with people and to laugh and to eat healthy,

Nourishing foods and to move your body and to sleep well.

You remind yourself of how healthy you are and how healthy you remain because you love to take care of yourself and take care of your health.

And you know that by the choices you make,

You can boost your immune system.

So you make the choices to keep yourself healthy and your immune system strong.

And you find yourself saying,

I am in perfect health.

I am in perfect health.

My family is in perfect health.

Everyone I love is in perfect health.

I remain healthy and strong.

I remain healthy and strong.

My family and friends remain healthy and strong.

I am making the choices to remain healthy and strong.

I nourish my mind,

My body,

My soul every single day and I find joy in doing this.

It feels so good to take care of my health,

To take care of myself,

To stay hydrated,

To de-stress,

To let fear take a break,

To let love and health flow through me.

It feels so good to take care of myself and I do that every single day and I remain healthy.

And when I stop to feel my breath,

I can feel that my body is healthy and strong.

When I breathe in and I breathe out,

I feel my lungs working and it feels good and they feel strong.

And when I feel nervous,

I remind myself that I am healthy.

I take a moment and I visualize my entire body being so healthy.

I visualize all of my cells,

My organs,

Everything working perfectly.

All of my cells staying healthy.

All of my organs being really healthy and working as they're supposed to.

My body is strong and it keeps me healthy and I keep my mind healthy by my choices.

I keep my soul healthy by my choices.

I'm choosing to nourish myself every day by what I read,

By what I listen to,

By who I talk to.

I nourish my life.

I nourish my body.

I nourish my mind,

My soul,

And my emotions.

And I let go of the fear,

Of any anxiety,

Of any scary stories that I've heard.

I just let them go and be recycled into love and comfort.

I remind myself that I am making the choices to keep myself healthy,

To keep my mind positive and calm,

To keep my emotions working for me and supporting me.

And this feels good.

And I take a moment and I feel my body working,

Working to keep me healthy.

And it's so easy for my body to do this because I take care of it.

I nourish it and this feels so good.

I am in perfect health.

I am in perfect health.

I can feel health flowing through my body and I continuously boost my immune system every single day.

I am so healthy.

I am in perfect health.

My family and friends are healthy.

The world is healing.

We are all healing and I am healthy.

Take a moment and feel the gratitude for your body and your choices and the gratitude for nourishing your body and your mind and your soul.

Let that gratitude flow through you as you say to yourself,

I am so grateful for the choices I've been making and for how I'm taking care of myself,

That I'm using my resources and I'm staying healthy and I'm staying strong and it feels so good to nourish myself.

Let that gratitude flow through you and reach every organ and every cell and every breath you take is filled with gratitude and love and peace.

In a moment,

I will invite you to return from this experience and you'll bring this experience with you,

Letting that calmness and that health flow through you throughout the day and allow you to drift to sleep at night and to remove and release any fear that has been lingering.
