Letting go,
Letting go is not something you do,
It is something you allow.
In every moment there is a choice to cling or to release,
To grip tightly or to let it drift away like a leaf on water.
Letting go begins with awareness,
You notice the feeling,
Fear,
Anger,
Sadness,
Anxiety.
You do not judge it,
You do not push it away,
You do not feed it with action,
You simply let it be here as it is.
Now bring your attention to the sensation in your body,
Perhaps there is a heaviness in your chest,
A flutter in your stomach,
A tightening in your throat,
Let it be,
Breathe into it,
No effort to change,
Only gentle noticing.
And as you stay with this sensation without adding thoughts,
Without weaving stories,
Something begins to shift,
The feeling may swell and then soften,
It may move through you like a wave,
Rising and falling in its own rhythm.
Letting go means giving space without resistance,
Without control,
And when it is ready it will dissolve,
All on its own,
What remains is peace.
Letting go is not about fixing,
It is about trusting the deep intelligence within you,
The quiet wisdom that knows how to release all that no longer serves.
You need not force a single thing,
Simply remain open,
Let it rise,
Let it fall,
Let it go.
