The Divinity Within

Keep your eyes closed.

Start to observe the breath.

The in-breath,

The out-breath.

Become aware of the steadiness of the breath.

Become aware of how the breath is anchoring the mind,

Bringing it to stillness.

Focus on the stillness in the breath.

Observe the expansion,

The contraction of the ribcage,

The rhythmical expansion,

Contraction of the lungs.

Observe the breath as it enters via the nostrils.

Close down towards the lungs.

The lungs expand.

Then as you breathe out,

Observe the lungs contracting,

The breath moving outwards back to the nostrils,

Releasing back into the atmosphere.

The breath brings the mind to silence.

The thoughts lose their importance.

The thoughts are not you.

They contain no peace.

They're simply chatter.

But awareness of the breath brings you peace,

Brings you stillness,

Brings you back to your original,

True nature.

The breath enters,

The breath leaves.

Stillness,

Silence growing the mind.

Observe that the thoughts are simply chatter.

The true stillness lies in the breath.

Continue watching each in-breath,

Each out-breath.

You continue connecting to the breathing,

To the stillness within.

The ribcage expands,

Contracts.

The thoughts continue to flow away.

The mind becomes still and the stillness within grows as you continue observing the breathing.

And now as you continue to observe the breath,

You connect your awareness to a point of beautiful golden light deep within your heart.

You see,

Experience,

Feel this golden light within the heart as it expands,

Melts,

Softens,

Brings with it all the qualities of true light.

Tensions within the heart release and you go further into the light,

Bringing your awareness to its original,

True nature.

As you investigate the nature of this light within you,

Within your heart and you see,

Feel and observe all the qualities that the light brings.

Love,

Peace,

Happiness,

Kindness.

The heart becomes softer,

Becomes freer.

It feels more liberated.

The heart melts.

The light shines throughout.

The heart continues to feel free.

And you realize that this light that shines deep within yourself is a gift from the source of all love,

All life.

A gift from the divinity that's all around us and it's left a piece of divinity deep inside your heart.

This is a light that you see and feel and observe.

The divinity,

The light that created the entire universe.

Every being of love,

Every vibration of love,

A piece of that light,

That divinity is deep inside your heart and each time you recognize it,

You connect back to the source of all love,

All light that created the universe and the light continues to shine within your heart.

Your heart expands,

Your body fills with love.

With the light that emanates from this spark,

Everything within you softens.

As you recognize that a piece of the divinity,

The love and light that created the universe is within you.

Any negative thoughts or feelings about yourself disappear.

As you realize that these simply come from the mind but the mind is not you.

The mind consists of thoughts that come and go,

That are vibrations influenced by the outside world but your true self,

Your true nature lies within the heart,

Within the golden light here.

The light that was planted as a seed by the source of divinity that created every vibration of love in the universe is here inside you.

It's shining from your heart,

Shining through to each molecule,

Each cell softening,

Melting.

Your entire body starts to become filled with the light of divinity and you recognize nature more and more.

You see shining through unconditional,

Unlimited love.

You see peace,

You see stillness.

You see and feel the love that's deep within you.

This is who you truly are.

Any negative feelings like anger or jealousy or guilt or sadness,

Any sense of separation from the outside world,

These feelings are all created by the mind but the mind is not you.

It's simply a collection of thoughts come and go,

That fluctuate but your true nature is here in the heart where the source of all love and light has left a piece of itself,

A piece of its divinity.

How could anger or guilt or any negativity be your nature when a piece of the source of love and life of the universe is inside you?

These negative emotions belong to a mind that simply fluctuates.

They don't belong to you.

They're just waves that come and go but they're not you.

You contain within you a spark of the true love that created the universe and now in your mind's eye you look around and you see how every being on this planet,

Even the plants,

The insects,

Every form of life,

Every human,

Every animal,

Everything that moves contains a spark of this same divinity inside.

That any negativity,

Any anger,

Any sense of separation,

Any jealousy,

It's just created by mind patterns but the mind does not represent any one of us.

We're all simply vibrations of that emanation of peace and love and bliss and happiness that created the entire universe.

We all contain this light within us,

This vibration.

You see it in every being as you connect back to your true self.

You allow for the mind to disappear.

Seeing how its thought patterns are just fluctuations that have no permanence.

Your truth is here within the heart.

The light within the heart expands,

Flows.

More and more light fills you,

Fills the universe as you recognize this light within yourself,

This light that's within all life,

This light that teaches you that the love that's inside each and every one of us fills us with a oneness,

A sense of unity.

And when you look back to the source that left its light within you,

You see that the only thing that exists in the entire universe is this oneness,

This unity.

Any sense of separation is simply a trick created by the mind,

But the minds,

The thoughts are just to be observed.

They contain no reality,

They're just fluctuations.

The truth lies deep within.

Deep within you there's a piece of the source,

A piece of its love,

Its light.

And as you look back to the source you see that that love,

That light is infinite in all beings,

All your brothers and sisters.

And the only thing that exists is this oneness,

This unity.

No you,

No me,

Just divine light that exists within all beings.

A beautiful light that shines within.

You see the entire universe colored by this beautiful light,

Filled with this beautiful light.

The golden light within you continues to grow the more you recognize it.

It enters into each cell,

Each molecule within you.

Into each blood vessel,

Into your heart,

Into each organ.

Softens everything inside you,

Till just love and softness remain,

Until just peace and happiness and bliss remain.

This same vibration of love,

This same light enters into all beings.

It's there in their hearts.

You watch it,

Observe it,

You follow it back to its root,

To the source of true love and light.

And you realize that the more you meditate on the source of love,

Light,

Peace,

Bliss,

Happiness,

The more you'll return back to your original true nature.

You go beyond the mind into the heart,

Into the divinity and the light that's within you,

That was left as a gift from the source of true love,

The source of true light.

Your heart shines brightly and just true love,

True divinity remain.

You connect back to your source,

To the light within you.

You remind yourself to spend your days just observing the thoughts,

Observing the mind,

Not reacting to it,

Just seeing it as an entity,

Not getting caught in its games,

Just being the observer of the mind.

And as you do,

Keeping your connection to the love and the light within your heart,

Your connection to the source of true love,

True light,

Constantly throughout the day.

You rub both palms together,

You generate warmth in the palms,

You take the bottoms of the palms over the eyes and then slowly move the hands away,

Slowly opening the eyes.
