Hi,

Frankie here,

And welcome to Biohack Your Inner Peace.

You can do this short meditation anywhere,

Anytime,

Especially if something has triggered you or you're in a frustratingly long queue.

But if you can,

Get into a comfortable seated position or lie down.

Place yourself where you feel safe and supported.

Close down your eyes and take a few deep breaths in with me,

Letting your body relax,

And go with the day,

Bringing in relaxation.

Today we're focusing on finding inner peace within ourselves,

Even when life feels overwhelming.

If you get triggered easily,

It's okay.

This practice will help guide you back to a state of calm.

Together we'll move through five simple techniques to biohack your mind and bring you into a state of peace anytime,

Anywhere.

Hack one,

Deep breathing.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through the nose.

Hold it for a moment and release it gently through your mouth.

Let's do this three more times.

Take a slow,

With each inhale,

Drawing in a sense of calm,

And with each exhale,

Releasing any tension and stress.

Feel the shift within as your breath is relaxing your body and mind.

Deep breathing is like a signal to your nervous system telling it,

I am safe,

I am calm.

Biohack two,

Grounding through your senses.

Now bring your awareness to your surroundings.

Gently open your eyes and look around the space you're in.

Notice five different things.

You might observe the colors,

The textures,

Or the shapes around you.

Take a deep breath in and bring your attention back into your body,

Letting each object help you feel rooted here in the present moment.

Grounding this way brings you back to the now,

Where peace and safety resides.

Biohack three,

Visualizing calm.

Close your eyes again and imagine a place that makes you feel calm and at ease.

Picture yourself there,

Notice any sounds,

Colors,

Or sensations that come up.

Maybe you're on a beach feeling the warmth of the sun on your skin,

Or perhaps you're in a quiet forest hearing the gentle rustle of leaves.

Feel yourself surrounded by calm energy,

As if it's wrapping around you like a soft blanket.

This visualization allows you to mentally step into a place of peace.

Biohack four,

Positive reframe.

Now let's turn inward.

Think of a recent moment where you felt triggered or stressed.

As you bring it into your mind,

Gently remind yourself,

I am safe and I am in control.

Allow these words to echo within you,

Slowly and dissolving any fear or tension.

You are in control of your responses.

You hold the power to reframe this and any moment more and more,

Choosing peace over reaction.

You are safe and grounded in the present moment.

Biohack five,

Self-compassion affirmation.

Finally let's end with a simple affirmation for self-compassion.

Repeat it quietly or aloud after me.

I am worthy of peace.

I choose calm within.

I choose calm within.

Feel these words settle into your heart,

Letting them reassure you.

Peace is here whenever you need it.

It's a gift you can give yourself over and over again.

When you're ready,

Take a final deep breath in and as you exhale,

Gently bring your awareness back into the room or to wherever you are.

Wiggling your fingers and toes,

If you haven't already,

Open your eyes.

Carry this sense of peace and calm and inner strength with you into your day.

Give yourself gratitude for taking time to nurture your mind and spirit.

Feel free to revisit these steps any time you need to reset and find peace.
