Allow yourself to find a comfortable position.

Begin to notice what you can see around you.

Not searching,

Simply allowing the colours,

The shapes to come to you.

Be grounding into this place,

Space and time.

Leaving anything that happened in the day or is about to happen.

And setting the intention to be present in the here and the now.

When you're ready,

Just closing your eyes.

Noticing what you can see in your eyelids.

Becoming curious about that space.

Become aware of what you can hear.

Again,

Allowing the noises to come to you rather than reaching out to grab anything.

Simply being present,

Still,

Receptive.

Noticing if any thoughts come through throughout this time and forever.

Really thank them for being here.

Letting them know that you hear them.

Just letting go.

Coming back to the present moment,

To your senses.

Coming aware now of anything you can feel.

Maybe the ground beneath you.

Clothes against your skin.

Your lips pressing against each other.

Awareness now to your breath.

Taking some intentional breaths here.

Breathing in through your nose.

And a long exhale out through your mouth.

With each breath,

Being aware of the air flowing through your nostrils.

Expanding your ribs outwards.

Taking in that full breath of air.

And with each exhale,

Fully releasing and letting go.

Releasing your intentional breath and allowing your body to breathe on its own.

Still noticing the rise of your ribs.

Belly.

Fall.

Dropping into this space.

Noticing if any thoughts come in.

Simply thank them.

Noticing your thoughts.

It's just part of the awareness.

Part of being present.

Fully accepting the entire experience that is this moment.

When you're ready,

Bring some love to your breath.

Some gratitude to this process that goes on in the background.

Every day and every night.

Allowing you to exist.

For all the hard times.

The good times.

And everything in between.

Thanking your body for holding so much.

For letting you feel,

Love and interact.

Beginning to be aware of the rest of your body.

The temperature of your skin.

The earth holding you.

Becoming aware of any sounds that you can hear.

Again,

Just allowing it to open up and enter your space.

No need to find or create or chase.

When you're ready,

Very slowly opening your eyes.

Trying to stay in this space.

Just noticing your environment.

Becoming aware of how you're feeling.

Reflecting on anything you've learnt.

Anything you'd like to take to the rest of your day.

The rest of this beautiful life.
