Meet your Teacher

Melina Offenburger is a psychologist (M.Sc.) and mental trainer specializing in self-worth, nervous system regulation, and mindful living. With a background in psychology, mindfulness, and trauma-sensitive body-based methods, she combines scientific knowledge with practical, everyday tools. Her own experiences with PTSD and a medical condition have shown her how deeply the connection between body, nutrition, and psyche matters for healing and inner balance.

This was an informative and gentle course that has inspired me to make more changes to support my nervous system. I can’t tell you how often I have misread my own body and the amount of shame that I have carried thinking that my body “is just a mess” as well; it’s just silly, really. This morning I drank my caffeinated tea After first eating breakfast! Wow, such a difference 🤩! I noticed immediately. Also, the last few days instead of eating my prunes before bed or after dinner, I’m eating them between 5 & 6 pm which is 3-4 hours before bedtime. Thank you so much for this course.
