Hello my friend,
You've tuned in to OMHAKU,

Back with another music meditation,
Just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Just for you.
If you've been experiencing stress,
Feeling fed up with work,
Lonely,
Tired,
Bored,
Restless,
Or perhaps even joyous,
Peaceful,
Loving,
Playful,
Thankful,
Or somewhere in between,
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay,
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can go beyond some of this pain,
And the fate,
And the unfolding of our day.
Settling into your space,
Settling into your posture,
You can lie down or sit up straight,
Whatever you like.
Taking a big breath into the whole body.
Exhale,
Relaxing the whole body.
Drifting into awareness as you breathe in.
And exhaling with awareness.
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead.
Relaxing the belly,
The shoulders,
The hands,
The feet,
As you breathe in trust.
And exhale,
Letting go of worries,
Fears.
Expanding trust inside,
As you breathe in love.
And exhale,
Deepening love inside.
Breathing in forgiveness.
And exhale,
Letting go of past.
Be more gentle with yourself as you breathe in.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Breathing into the belly.
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
Feeling the breath drop down from the chest into the stomach.
Relaxing your jaw.
Relaxing the eyes as you look inside.
Witnessing and welcoming your mind,
Your energy.
Witnessing and welcoming all that's inside.
Taking a deep breath in.
Holding that breath at the top.
Becoming aware as you hold the breath.
And exhale,
Let go.
For a few moments,
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Wanting to roam,
Now is the time to give your mind total freedom to think and to roam.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Taking a deep breath in.
And exhale,
Deepening compassion inside.
Expanding compassion.
Deepening patience,
Trust.
Coming back to faith in yourself,
Faith in people.
Softening the heart space.
Feeling your heart open,
Receptive,
Intuitive,
Gentle,
Strong.
The color for today is gold.
The number is 7 billion.
And the animal is an armadillo.

Remember to have compassion.
It's easier the more awareness that we have.
Once we lose awareness,
It's easy to lose compassion.
Compassion takes a certain awareness that allows for us to have understanding,
Patience,
Gentleness.
That if we do not have this,
And we're being hard on ourselves to the point of not truly being present with others,
We're too caught up in our own storyline,
Like this,
It becomes very challenging to have compassion.
So this is why meditation is so beautiful.
It helps us slowly,
Slowly become more aware,
To perceive with more clarity,
And thus to expand the compassion.
And with that,
