This meditation is designed to help you release emotional overwhelm and ground yourself at the end of the day. Through mindful breathing, gentle body awareness, and soothing imagery, you’ll be guided to let tension flow down into the earth and to rest into the steady support always beneath you. With a hand over your heart, you’ll be reminded of your inner strength, invited to smile softly, and to send gratitude to yourself for showing up with care. This practice is perfect after a demanding day when emotions feel heavy or scattered. By the end, you’ll feel more grounded, calmer, and held, ready to carry peace with you into your evening or into restful sleep. Music of Wisdom - 8hz Alpha Waves

So as you find yourself your comfortable position and relax down into the surface beneath you,

Making any adjustments that the body needs to be as comfortable as you can be and knowing that when you listen to my voice,

If your body needs to move,

Allow it to do so gently,

Softly and kindly.

Take a gentle breath in and a long slow breath out.

And then a deeper breath in and out.

And continue that deep breathing,

Whichever suits you,

Whether that's through your nose or your mouth.

And each breath you take in,

Breathe in peace and calm.

And each breath out,

Letting go.

And as you connect with your breath,

The body seems to soften more and more on your exhale.

Breath in.

Breath out.

And see if you can imagine now the breath flowing up and down the spine.

As you breathe in,

Breath rising up the spine.

And as you breathe out,

Imagine that flow of energy going back down to the base of the spine.

And with each breath in,

Feeling grateful for the oxygen you're taking in.

Breath out,

Releasing.

Body resting.

Noticing any muscles that want to hold themselves up.

And invite them to relax down into the ever-present support of Mother Earth beneath you.

Knowing you are safe and you are held.

And focus now your heart center at the center of the chest.

And if you wish,

You can bring your hand here.

And feeling the weight of the hand and the temperature of the hand.

Your hand connecting you with the steadiness that is always here for you.

Knowing you are enough,

Just as you are.

And invite a gentle smile to your face.

And send gratitude to yourself for taking this time for you today.

You are enough,

Just as you are.

And you can choose to leave your hand at your heart or release the hand back down.

Resting in the beauty of stillness.

The spaciousness of simply being.

And bring a soft awareness back into the room around you.

Noticing any sounds that close against your skin.

Deepening the breath.

And in your own time,

Gently opening the eyes.

Such a beautiful meditation. If it's possible, I would love if the ending faded out instead of an abrupt cut of the music though not sure if that was on my end or the meditation. Regardless, this meditation calmed me in a time of high stress and I thank you.
