Now bringing your awareness to your breath.
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth if you can.
We're going to take five wholesome breaths together.
In through the nose and out through the mouth as a sigh.
Now exhaling completely.
And inhale to begin.
Now surrendering all of your efforts completely.
Just simply be.
Now bringing your awareness to the meeting points between your body and the surface below.
Now becoming aware of the tips of your toes,
The ends of your fingers,
The crown of your head and everything in between.
Awareness to your whole body resting in stillness.
Now say to yourself mentally,
I will stay awake and aware.
I will stay awake and aware.
Now bring to mind a sankalpa,
A resolution,
A resolve.
Something you wish to manifest in your life.
Taking a few moments to choose a sankalpa,
Phrasing it in the form of first person and present tense.
Something you wish to manifest.
With full feeling,
Full awareness,
Repeat your sankalpa three times mentally,
Knowing in the wholeness of time,
Your sankalpa will manifest,
Will come true.
Leaving the sankalpa behind,
We now start the rotation of consciousness.
As I call out parts of your body,
Place your awareness to that part.
Repeat that part mentally,
Remembering no physical movement is required.
Starting with the right side of your body,
Now moving your awareness to your right hand thumb,
Second finger,
Third finger,
Fourth finger,
Fifth finger,
The palm of the hand,
The back of the hand,
Wrist,
Lower arm,
Elbow,
Upper arm,
Shoulder,
Armpit,
Waist,

Now bringing your awareness to your breath,
Your natural spontaneous breath,
Trying not to change the rhythm or the flow of your breath,
You're a witness looking inwards,

Feeling,
Sensing,
Your natural spontaneous breath,
With each and every breath your body becomes heavier and heavier,
As I count backwards from 10,
Allow any residual tension or tightness to melt away,

We've arrived at the gateway into the Akashic realm,
To gain access into our Akashic records,
We use a sacred invocation,
I invite you to repeat after me internally the sacred opening invocation,

May he remove any obstacles that prevent me from connecting with my truth,

Chidakasha,
A sacred space located behind your forehead,
Chidakasha connects us to consciousness,
In this screen of the mind visualize a meadow full of bright yellow flowers,
A river gently flowing through a valley,
The Sun rising on the horizon,
The symbol of Om,
A temple bathed in morning Sun,
A golden sacred lotus flower with 1,
000 petals,
A wooden door carved with images of gods and goddesses,
Behind this sacred door lies your Akashic records,
Push the door open,
Step over the threshold and close the door behind you,
You've arrived,
As you look around you notice shelves stacked from the floor to the heavens of books,
Each book is glowing,
In the distance on the left hand side,
On the seventh shelf you can see a green book,
This book feels different,
It looks different,
Follow its magnetic pull,
Move towards this green book,
As you reach out to pick up the book from the seventh shelf,
You notice 108 etched into the cover of the green glowing book in your hands,
This book doesn't contain images or text,
This book contains consciousness,
Holding your book in your hands,
Ask your Akashic records to show you love,
Search for feelings of understanding,
Feelings of connection,
See from your heart,
The only thing that matters is your awareness,
What do you feel?
Where do you feel it?
How does it feel?
Can you see anything?
Colors,
Pictures,
Patterns,
Shapes,
Now ask the Akashic records something you want to know,
And trust in the process,
Search for an understanding,

The resolution you set at the start of practice,

Bringing your awareness to the edges of your body,
The tips of your toes,
The crown of your head and everything in between,
When you feel ready,
Really slowly start to wake your body up,
Wiggling and stretching and moving in any way that feels right,
When you feel ready,
Making your way to a seated position,
Bringing your palms together,
Rub your hands together,
Building some heat,
Now placing your hands over your face,
Feel that warmth,
That energy radiate,
And really slowly start to open your eyes,
Now gently sinking your hands to a prayer posture,
Sat Naam,
