You to get comfortable whether you are lying down or seated and eyes can close if it feels that the body wants to go inwards or we can soften the gaze down towards the ground.

You start to begin to focus on what is that is holding us and the surface that is beneath.

Notice how your weight distributes from the right side of the body to the left side.

The proportion of the hips and knees.

Breathe into this support.

Feel how the legs expand and hold the body upwards.

Breathe into the texture.

Breathe into the places that touch the legs and parts that do not.

Slowness.

I invite you to tune into the space below the belly button.

Allow your breath to concentrate on this space below the belly button.

Inhale.

Let there be expansion at this spot and exhale.

Bring the navel to the spine.

We'll allow pockets of silence for your breath.

Your body to befriend each other.

Continuing to breathe.

There is an option to add a hold between the in and out breath.

How much fluidity can we call in to our breath that it maps into the body or the other way around.

The body that maps fluidity into the breath.

We tune into the significance of this space which is connected to our passion.

Passion to experience life.

Passion to discover.

Passion to follow our desires.

Passion to move from one land to the other.

Passion to discover ourselves to others.

You have a deep inhale so that the chest expands and opens and with an exhale we roll the shoulders back and down.

Press the buttocks into the ground.

Breathing in allow the spine to lift up elongate.

Breathing out descend the body in towards the ground.

Slow movements that might be micro or minute but your breath is what carries you.

From this passion let there be a watery feeling and image that moves up your spine as you lift up.

The source that recharges the whole body.

Continuous flow up and down in this outpouring of this element.

Can we bring more clarity to parts of ourselves that we have not seen,

Have not met.

So I invite you to let this dam of water of clarity to fill the body.

Let it radiate in all inch corner possible.

Visually go from the hips and upwards.

Cascade down the shoulders to the back body.

This ringing action that brings clarity.

Please land into it with your clarity and without my voice but know that I will bring you back into the gate with direction.

We arrive to a place towards the clavicles,

The neck where these waters of passion come to clear the path towards the crown of the head.

Breathing in imagine veins of water.

Breathing out with ease.

Allow it to bring sensations to the back of the head.

Tingles the side of the head.

Awareness the front of the face.

All of it pools above the head and it accumulates into a knot that binds.

Very wound into it.

Different ends that meet.

In this security I invite you to deeply release.

Lending the body at ease.

The mind clear.

A flexibility box of chooses to be.

The finding clarity.

Where one chooses to go after a destination.

How good it feels to be able to choose.

Pouring from that.

Allow this pond of water to fountain itself out the body and fully encompass the body into a watery globe.

The whole body is engulfed into a fountain of what you wish.

Live what you wish to feel.

It might be at a pace that you set.

Slow or loose or moderately streamed.

Feel into it and I invite you to let it run its course.

The constancy of change.

The flow of directions.

The flexibility of life.

The goodness of that.

Allow yourself to feel all of it.

That no matter what you are supported.

The flow that brings,

Receives,

Gives,

Bestows.

What is asked from it.

We begin to slow the streams of water while still maintaining its spherical form around the physical body.

In this essence of yours,

Please invite how you wish to feel.

May that be with words out loud or in silence.

Devotion to yourself further.

If there is any excess stream down towards the ground.

So just a transparent bubble.

Stay concentrating on what is left between you and yourself.

Stay.

Loosen.

Feel its bottom part where it meets the root of the body.

Just around where we are.

Feet in positions.

Pelvic girdle.

However that is pressed into the surface beneath us.

Merging of the ethereal to the physical.

The intangible to the material.

What you dream is what you live.

Breathe.

It is now optional if you wish to carry this translucent bubble with you for the rest of the day to come.

Or gently let it fade away.

Whichever is your decision.

Make your way back to the sit bone.

Pressing it very gently into what upholds it.

I invite a sense of swaying.

How does your body respond to movement?

If it feels called to move in the most gentle way.

Side to side.

Circular.

If you've done from one end to the other make sure to do the opposite.

Front to back.

Side to side.

Letting the breath with the directions we engage with.

Being present with the body and sensation around the sit bone.

The sides of the body.

The armpits.

Arms.

Hands.

Fingers.

Slowly bring the fingers to close to the heart.

So the hands land onto the chest.

Press.

Breathe.

We breathe in fully.

Chest broadened.

Breathe out.

Relax.

Breathe in.

Shoulders widen.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

And let go.

Let's jive into a prayer position.

We bow our chin to our heart space.

Thank you for journey into the waters of your desire and dreams.

Thank you for honoring them.

Thank you for giving birth to them.

May this be a practice you can take off the mat to find centered to yourself from moment to moment.

Gently blinking the eyes open.

We look onto our lap.

At our feet.

Floor or whatever is underneath.

Lifting the gaze ever so slowly to look around.

The space that we reside in.

Taking it all in with no sense of identification but just seeing it as taking the gaze to our beautiful.

I thank you for being here.
