This is Alice Lupita and I wanted to share with you a guided meditation about fear and anxiety as we are experiencing this coronavirus epidemic.

The world is experiencing a lot of fear and uncertainty right now and it's only natural and totally normal to be feeling fearful and even deeply frightened which is totally understandable.

I want just to tell you that it's okay if you're scared,

That it is natural and normal.

You don't need to be a perfect spiritual master or a hero right now.

All you need to do is just be what you need to be.

I want you to feel everything that you're feeling,

Everything that's coming up.

This fear is bringing up a lot of our past traumas,

A lot of things that are unresolved and that in itself can be really unnerving and scary too.

We don't need to be trying to figure it all out now,

Processing it.

We just need to be and allow it to surface and to acknowledge it,

To allow that fear to just be released.

We as human beings we don't do well with unpredictability and we like to be able to control our lives or at least know what's going to happen.

We have adapted and evolved to be masters at suppressing our emotions.

I think we've been through and dealt with but I'm sure we're all aware even on a subconscious level of how this manifests all this nervous energy,

This heaviness or fatigue,

The deep fatigue that you can't even explain or describe from trying to suppress these emotions.

But I want you to know that it's completely okay just to allow yourself to do whatever you need to do.

So you're going to bring your energy to your heart center.

Peace must flow from the heart of love and joy.

So a lot of our mindset things that we try and generate ourselves,

Positivity,

Affirmations,

Gratitude,

All the actions that we think we can do to try and bring our inner peace.

But the only true inner peace that we can actually get is by connecting with our hearts and healing any of those negative or destructive cellular memories and traumas that lie deep within us.

As we begin to come into this heart space I want you just to focus on your breath,

Close your eyes and relax and just taking in some steady deep breaths.

Just as you focus and follow that breath through your body allowing your chest just to relax,

Your shoulders to fall back.

Breathe into that heart space and also to your lower belly really filling up your body with your breath.

Visualize this white light coming in through your crown and filtrating through every cell in your body.

Just releasing any tension and stress that you may be holding.

Just breathing and sending that light into all these areas.

There may be some areas you are aware that hold more tension or nervous energy than others.

Just bringing that healing into those areas.

Just giving your body permission to surrender to this healing light.

Now we are going to just do a prayer or a request to your heart so in your mind or out loud you can repeat after me.

I pray that all known and unknown images,

Reliefs and cellular memories and all resulting physical issues related to my anxiety being worked on,

Are found,

Opened and healed by filling me with love,

Light and peace.

I also ask that the effectiveness of this healing to be increased by 100 times or more.

You may want to place your hands over your heart,

Feeling your heart beat,

Be sure that your heart is everything that's can to protect you,

To keep you alive,

To work for you not against you.

This is your life force energy,

This is the centre of your whole being.

So we are going to begin this sequence where you are going to be using your hands and creating an energy field between your hands and your body.

Just follow my direction,

Keep your eyes closed,

Keep connected with your heart and at each position we are going to be speaking a focus statement,

Either in your mind or out loud which is going to help to neutralise that anxiety,

That fear,

Help dissolve those destructive cellular memories that we all have in every cell of our body,

From things in the past,

From beliefs,

From times where we have maybe experienced pain and trauma.

I'm telling our bodies now that it's safe to let those go,

Neutralise new frequencies to the frequency of peace and love.

So the first position is both hands lying on your chest with your fingertips at your throat chakra or against your Adam's apple.

Just resting your hands here with your fingertips focusing on this healing area.

Using the focus statement,

I am taking care of myself now,

I am safe.

Now beginning to move to the second position,

Keep your right hand against your throat chakra,

And move your left hand to the back of your jaw about an inch away from your face,

Just under your ear area and just focusing,

Pointing your fingertips towards your face as if shining a light beam to this area.

Just holding it throughout this position and repeating,

I am taking care of myself now,

I am safe.

You may begin to feel the energy beneath your fingertips,

Going from your hands into these healing systems as you are generating this energy field,

Your body is relaxed,

Nothing bad is going to happen.

Just in this space of your healing as your heart is open and the peace begins to flow.

Now moving to the third position,

At your third eye,

Which is the bridge between your eyebrows,

Bring both hands up to this area and holding them again about an inch away from your face,

Pointing both hands or fingertips towards this area,

Directing that healing light into this area.

Continuing to breathe steadily and repeating that focus statement,

I am taking care of myself now,

I am safe.

As we get ready to come back to the fourth position,

The last position of the first cycle,

With both hands back down resting on your chest with your fingertips against your throat chakra.

And repeating again,

I am taking care of myself now,

I am safe.

This is the end of the first cycle and we are going to do another cycle now.

And the first position is the same as where we are,

Both hands resting on your chest with your fingertips against your throat chakra,

Continuing to breathe this white light into your heart space as it responds to that peace and that love.

Continuing,

I am taking care of myself now and I am safe.

Moving to the second position,

Keeping your right hand against your throat chakra and moving your left to the back of your jaw about an inch away from your face,

Just directing your fingertips towards this healing center.

Do you repeat,

I am taking care of myself now and I am safe.

Moving to the third position,

Bringing both hands to your third eye about an inch away from your face,

Pointing your fingertips towards this healing center,

Just feeling that energy that you are creating in your energy field that is neutralizing and balancing those frequencies and repeating again,

I am taking care of myself now,

I am safe.

Coming back down to the last position with both hands again lying flat against your chest with your fingertips and your throat chakra,

Allowing that energy to flow freely through your body into your heart space.

I am taking care of myself now,

I am safe.

So now working with the heart we are beginning to really feel and believe this peace and this calm and not just trying to create it in our minds and finish this healing practice with your hands on your heart or in the prayer position that your heart center.

Just giving thanks and gratitude for your body and the amazing things it does to protect you,

For your heart for showing you what needs healing,

Your willingness to heal and protect.

And grounding again as you are leaving this session,

Growing roots down from underneath your body into the ground,

Growing deeper and deeper into the earth until you feel grounded,

Safe and secure.

Slowly bring your attention back into the room wherever you are,

Wiggling your toes and your fingertips as you become back in the present moment of surroundings and take in that peace,

That new connected energy that you've got from your healing into your lives.
