Hello and welcome.

So taking a few moments to just allow your body to become comfortable.

Whether you're sitting or laying down,

Just taking a few really deep breaths in through the nose,

Out through the mouth,

Really letting yourself settle into your body.

As you breathe,

Feeling supported by the earth underneath you,

Releasing anything that came before and what will come after,

Just breathing deep and settling in.

Taking in one last deep full breath,

Maybe letting out a sigh as you just fall and relax into this moment.

Letting the sand settle and now allowing your breath to find a natural rhythm as you bring your awareness and focus to your lower belly,

Softening and relaxing this place.

Maybe even placing a hand there as you connect in with your center of gravity.

This place that we can often hold so much tension and emotions,

Just letting your breath support you in relaxing and connecting with this space.

And now gently allowing the miracle of your awareness to rest on the physical sensations in your body.

Just noticing,

Just witnessing the temperature,

The movement.

There's no need to change or fix or make better.

It's just becoming aware of what's alive in your body.

As you breathe,

Noticing the physical sensations.

And breathing now as you allow your awareness to shift to the emotional landscape,

Just beginning to notice what is here.

What are you feeling?

Just watching and witnessing the emotional landscape as you breathe.

And ever so gently shifting your awareness up into the thinking,

Just noticing the thoughts,

Watching the thinking.

Remember no need to change or fix or make anything better.

Just watching and noticing and breathing.

And now like a pebble,

Just let the awareness drop all the way down your face,

Your neck,

Your chest,

Your belly.

Let it rest in your pelvic bowl as you take a few deep breaths here.

Let yourself swim and soften into your cool,

Deep waters.

Breathing,

Relaxing,

Just being.

And now if it's available to you,

Bring one hand to your belly and one hand to your heart,

Just connecting in with your own natural rhythm,

Your own guiding compass as you breathe.

And knowing and remembering that you can anchor back here,

You can return home anytime that you need.

Breathing and connecting,

Plugging in.

And now listening deeply for a few breaths to the wisdom of the body,

Just really allowing and honoring whatever arises.

Maybe it's a word or a color or a feeling or a sensation,

Just deeply honoring whatever is here for you,

Giving yourself the time to listen.

And breathing and trusting that it's exactly what you need.

And now taking a couple of deep,

Full body breaths,

Really slowly taking your time to come back into your space,

Gently fluttering the eyes open and just connecting here,

Coming back into your surroundings,

Looking around,

Letting your head follow your eyes and breathing here,

Feeling you inside your body and in relation to the space around you.

Breathing into this presence,

Breathing into the gratitude for being here and breathing into the love,

The love of showing up for yourself and of connecting in this way.
