Hello,

Hello and welcome.

Before we go anywhere,

Let's take a moment to arrive in this moment.

Maybe you've had a busy morning or a busy day and it's time to to come into your body,

Into this moment,

So just take a breath.

Notice how you feel in your body,

And if you can,

Just inviting a sense of spaciousness,

Resting in spaciousness.

So a question,

How has your mind been of late?

Has it been restless?

Have you been jumping ahead,

Trying to figure everything out,

Worrying about how things are going to unfold for you?

And sometimes when you think about your dreams,

Do you feel a heaviness instead of a lightness,

Instead of inspiration,

Excitement?

If so,

I get it,

I've certainly been there.

It's kind of seductive in a way,

You know,

This contracted,

Overdoing state that we can get into,

Because it can seem like I'm being responsible,

Look at me figuring things out.

And obviously there is a place for figuring things out,

Just not when it's,

You know,

24-7.

And,

You know,

The I that thinks it's being responsible a lot of the time is just fear.

You know,

The fear that I'm not doing enough,

Or that I'm behind.

Maybe a fear of missing out,

The fear of never making it,

Whatever that means to you.

The fear of judgment of others.

So whatever the fear is,

When we act on it,

Figuring things out,

All it does is create more contraction,

More limitation.

So it's trying to help us,

But isn't really helping us.

And it's tricky,

Isn't it?

You know,

You might ask yourself,

How do I build the life that I want,

Which,

You know,

Is going to require some decision-making,

Some action-taking,

Etc.

,

While also letting go?

How do I actually do that?

So I've struggled with that question myself,

Otherwise I wouldn't be sharing it with you.

And for me,

The answer lies in remembering that everything carries a frequency.

So our thoughts,

Emotions,

Our actions,

The words that we speak,

They all carry energy.

And if those things are repeatedly laced with the frequency of fear,

Of frustration,

Of I'm not good enough,

Etc.

,

The outcome can't possibly be aligned to our highest good.

You know,

The soil that we plant the seeds of our future in,

Which is our energy,

Must be nurtured.

And so letting go and coming into the present isn't just a nice thing that we do sometimes to feel less stressed.

It's crucial to who we desire to become,

To what we want to experience and have and create.

And it's presence that leads to peace.

And peace is the frequency in which the best of us is expressed.

And so we get to forget the future.

Now when I say forget the future,

I don't mean that never ever think about it,

Never ever have plans or goals.

But that shouldn't be a shadow that follows you all day and every day.

It's something to dip into and then release.

Because the life we want isn't created through pressure,

Through pain,

Through fear,

Through contraction,

Through force,

Through sweat.

I think we've done enough of that.

I think we've tried that enough.

Your mind might tell you that you're going to feel at peace when all the ducks are in a row.

And actually,

It's more responsible to make sure the duck's in a row before you even allow yourself to feel at peace.

But your energy is the force that aligns everything,

That's actually going to get the ducks in the row and the right ducks in a row a lot.

So you are invited to allow peace now.

And how?

Well by returning to this moment again and again.

Even when things are uncertain,

Even when things look messy,

Even when there's imperfection.

Because actually,

I don't know if you've noticed,

But that's kind of the way life is.

It is actually uncertain,

It is messy and it is imperfect.

So the sooner we get that we don't have to make it any other way and we can actually allow peace to be our experience,

Then the sooner things will start to align even within that chaos.

So letting go and allowing ourselves to feel at ease,

Allowing ourselves to fully come into the present.

It's not this passive thing,

It's not like you're giving up,

It's actually you returning home.

Where the intuition and the clarity and the inspiration actually live.

Every time you tune into what you're sensing instead of chasing thoughts,

Every time you soften instead of clench,

You come back home.

And from that place,

Your brightest ideas,

Whatever it is that your soul wants to engage with and play with,

Arises on its own.

No pushing,

No forcing,

No overthinking needed.

So today I invite you to experiment with forgetting the future.

So let's take a moment to come into presence.

Take a few conscious breaths.

Feel the weight of your body being held by a chair,

Ground,

Whatever is beneath you.

Let your shoulders drop.

And wherever you notice tension in your body or your face,

Let go.

Releasing anything that exists outside of this moment.

And this spacious presence,

It's recharging your energy.

The energy that you will create beautiful things from.

So rest in it.

The future takes care of itself when you take care of your frequency.

So if your mind tries to hold on again,

To grip again,

To overthink,

To overdo,

Just notice,

Oh yeah,

This is fear trying to control.

Come back to your body,

Back to your breath,

Back to the present moment,

Back to your most powerful state of being.

Knowing that you are supported,

Knowing that life is with you,

Knowing that so much is unfolding behind the scenes.
