Yeah,
So if nobody else wants to add something,
Maybe.
.
.
We'll get ready for comfortable lying down meditation.
Take the time to take the material you need.
Take the time to take the material you need.
Take the time to take the material you need.
Take the time to take the material you need.
Take the time to take the material you need.
Take the time to take the material you need.
And we can start with feeling the body,
Checking if we want to change something in the posture.
Maybe a pillow under the knees for instance,
Or under the head.
Really trying to feel a sense of comfort,
Ease.
Now we can take a clear decision,
Like having a clear intention.
Why is it that we lie down,
Needs to be clear to our body mind?
So,
Any way to feel our longing for contact with the inner,
For discovering unknown places of our self,
For being touched by the grace,
For giving room to that intelligence of Life that is within us and that is us.
For nature to do its job,
For God to visit us,
Whatever your inner mythology.
And you can place your attention in the body,
Maybe starting from the feet.
Sensing the contact with the ground,
Going up the body,
Sensing where it touches,
And at the same time letting go of tensions in the body,
Dropping all muscle efforts.
You should be in a posture where no muscle effort is needed,
Nothing to hold.
When you get distracted by your thoughts,
Then you come where you were,
You keep going up the body,
Relaxing,
Letting it be heavy,
Feeling supported by the ground,
The mattress,
The sofa,
Whatever.
And still holding your awareness,
You can bring it to the breath for one minute or two,
Just intensely concentrating on the breath,
That will help the intention,
The understanding that we're lying down for meditation.
The body mind will understand because we do that effort of staying present.
So for one,
Two minutes,
Just sensing the whole in-breath and the whole out-breath.
Just think there,
The in-breath,
The out-breath,
Nothing else.
And when you have a sense of presence,
Then you can relax,
Stop concentrating,
Let it all go,
See what happens.
Or maybe you won't see what happens,
Maybe you'll not be there,
You may disappear very soon in daydream or sleep.
And that's okay.
Whatever happens now is okay.
We have to trust that something within us knows the way.
We trust that.
We surrender to that.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Maybe although the meditation didn't start long ago,
You already went to different kind of experiences.
Maybe you're far into a story,
Gone very far,
Or just present or in deep sleep,
Or mixture.
Whatever the experience is,
You just accept it,
But at the same time keep a sense of curious,
Curiousness.
Sometimes realizing,
Oh wow,
Going here and there,
You're not in control.
Doesn't mean that you don't look into your experience.
Realize all these movements,
These places that the awareness goes to.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
And if you're close to sleep or if you're going in and out of sleep,
Diving in and coming out,
Then you may have really developed a curiosity and wonder,
Wonder where was I when I was not there.
For instance,
Using memory,
Noticing this present absent,
Or this way of being there without the thinking mind,
Without being aware of myself and what's around,
Yet not sleeping.
So many states of consciousness out there,
They're getting familiar with them.
Nothing to master,
Just getting familiar.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
I'm noticing the sense of self that is sometimes there very much,
And sometimes not at all,
And all the scale in between.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Sometimes if it feels needed,
You can again concentrate on the breath,
Again come back to feeling present,
Again blowing on your longing,
For the reasons why you meditate,
And then letting go of efforts.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
It may be that in this meditation we also sometimes feel some restlessness,
Even body agitation,
An urge to move.
That happens.
And again we have just to accept it.
If possible to not move.
Maybe we can tell her that we are learning patience,
Endurance.
It is very likely when there is agitation like this in the lying down,
That something is being played out,
Some inner resistance.
But anyway whether we understand or not,
Just again trust.
Something is going on and we trust.
Whatever happens,
We trust.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
And if you have time you can stay like this longer or much longer,
Why not?
Just going through all these changes that we can even feel in the energetic of the body.
Just staying there and feeling.
Being curious.
Letting things go the way they go.
