Start as always,

Closing your eyes,

Take a deep breath and breathe normally,

Coming to this place,

To this moment,

You know your way.

Just let outside of this room what belongs to the past or to the future,

Thoughts,

Ideas,

Everything is outside.

And now you're here with yourself,

Focusing on your breathing,

The air that comes in,

The air that comes out,

Nothing else to do.

Just being here and now,

With total awareness of this present moment.

You can feel your posture,

You can feel the temperature,

You can feel your body,

You can feel the air coming in and out,

You can feel your heart beating,

You can let go what doesn't belong to this moment,

Stay calm with just this moment,

Nothing to do,

Nowhere to go,

Just being what you truly are.

If you go somewhere else,

It doesn't matter,

Just observe where you go,

Find the way back and stay.

If you find yourself thinking about something else,

Focus on what you are thinking,

Does it belong to the future,

To the past,

It's your imagination,

Something that happened,

Something that happened,

Something that you want to happen.

What does that thought has to do with this moment?

And observe,

This is a precious moment,

Where does your mind take you?

What is your way back?

How do you feel when you come back?

Are you being hard with you when you go?

As many times as you need,

Nothing wrong,

Everything is perfect.

The air is coming in,

You can check your body,

How it's feeling.

Watch yourself from outside,

Maybe you can see your true self,

Which can be in your body,

Outside your body,

Or have the shape of your body,

This essence looking,

What does the essence see?

And you're still here and now,

Living in your body,

Watching from where you are,

Your body.

Here and now,

Present on the moment,

Nothing else but you exist in your body,

Not even your mind,

Just you,

Here and now.

How do you feel?

How does your body feel?

How does your mind feel?

You have this moment to intensify your awareness of yourself,

And you know how to go there,

You have so many tools,

This is the moment to use them.

Being aware of this moment,

How do you use your body to get in touch with yourself?

How do you use your mind?

How do you use your thoughts?

So many tools,

Just come here and now.

Here and now,

There's nothing else.

Being totally aware of this moment,

Just being aware of your awareness,

Being aware of your observation,

Back every time you leave,

Coming back to the awareness of this moment,

Nothing else to do.

This moment is perfect,

Whatever is happening is perfect,

It's just what is happening,

There's no judgments,

It's just happening,

And you observe what is happening,

What is needed to happen,

Observations,

The perfection of this awareness,

There's nothing else,

Just learning what you are,

Right here,

Right now,

Understanding that you are unique,

You are perfect,

From the essence,

From your essence,

Which is perfect,

The essence will never change,

Because that's you,

And you can change your body,

You can change your place of living,

You can change your life,

But you always will be you,

And you will be perfect and unique,

Here and now,

Using your tools to expand this awareness,

Here and now,

Just come to the awareness of your body,

How is your body right now?

Are you comfortable in your body?

This is your body for your life,

To take care of it,

Respect it,

Love it,

The most powerful tool you have,

Just use it in the right way,

All the thoughts in your mind,

Can you identify them?

How is your breathing right now?

How is the air coming in and going out?

The right amount of air that you need?

These are the tools that you use,

They're yours,

Check your body right now,

Check your breathing again,

Take a deep breath,

Just be aware of how your body moves,

When you take a deep breath,

Another deep breath,

Being a little bit more awake,

Present,

And the third and last deep breath,

Becoming a little bit more alert,

Moment by moment,

Take your time to move your body,

Stretch yourself,

When you want,

Open your eyes.
