Welcome to this short breathing meditation that will bring you back to the present moment. If you feel you need a break or that tension is building up during your day this is a great short meditation that I hope you will enjoy.

I welcome you to this short meditation as a way for you to come back to your body,

To come back to presence.

Begin by relaxing your shoulders as you inhale and exhale.

Just keep on inhaling and exhaling at your own pace.

Feel how that oxygen comes into your body and it allows you to start relaxing your shoulders,

Your neck.

Relax the upper part of your back.

Feel how that oxygen comes into your muscles and just relaxes them.

As you keep on breathing,

Just observe your breath.

Taking you further and further.

Feel that calm seeping through every inch of your body.

If you feel any part that needs more attention,

Just send your breath to that section of your body.

Remember the meditation being present.

It doesn't require any extra effort.

You're just choosing to be in this moment as you are.

Inhale and exhale.

Repeat it a couple of times.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

Begin to feel how you feel more relaxed.

How you bring in that awareness to any icky spot in your body.

It makes it feel now more loved,

More in resonance with the rest of your body.

You're allowing your oxygen to run smoothly in and out in a natural way.

A way that brings you back to the present moment.

Remember you can always come back to this present moment anytime you need it.

Anytime you feel things might be hectic,

Just breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Now come back to your normal breathing without a need to control it.

Feel how you're grounded.

Feel how you're in peace.

Also feel how this gives you more energy to go back to attend anything that you need to tackle on today.

Being a regular chore.

Going back to work.

Going for a walk.

Anything you have planned.

Bring this breath with you.

Bring back your hands to your head center.
