Hi.

This is a bit of a different kind of meditation today.

So I'm gonna ask that you join me standing up and closing your eyes.

You may want to be free of maybe any clutter or anything that can get in the way as this is a movement meditation.

You will be standing in one place or maybe moving around if you have space to do so.

This is to really let loose,

To connect to your inner freedom,

To release any built-up pain,

Trauma,

Whatever you have to let go of.

Now's your chance.

So you can start standing up,

Closing your eyes,

And we're gonna take a moment to ground ourselves.

So connect down to your feet,

Noticing the type of floor that you're on.

Maybe you're outside or inside.

Taking a few deep breaths here.

This is just helpful to connect into the body before we create any sort of movement.

I invite you to check in with yourself.

Notice what you're feeling,

What arises.

You don't have to label it.

Just feel.

And now I want you to slowly begin to lift one heel off of the floor and then the other,

Just creating some light movement in the body.

Then maybe swaying the arms.

Maybe begin to swing them side to side.

Staying connected to your breath through this entire practice.

Let your breath be your guide through this movement,

Through this release,

This giant exhalation,

This moment where you've set yourself free.

Step into yourself and let go of everything that no longer serves you.

You can start to speed it up,

Maybe swaying side to side now,

Catching your rhythm,

Feeling the beat of your heart.

Let it move you.

Keep connecting to your breath.

Maybe using big exhalations,

Releasing it from your mouth,

Maybe sticking your tongue out.

This is where we get comfortable with ourselves.

We let go of what we look like,

What we think we should or could be doing,

And we step into who we are.

You don't have to look cool or good right now.

Just keep letting yourself go.

What is your body craving?

Maybe move your hips and your shoulders.

Maybe lifting your arms up one by one.

Maybe both together,

Incorporating your neck.

Let yourself flow.

Be free in this moment.

You're allowed to have fun here.

Keep connecting to the breath.

Using big exhalations to let go,

Let go,

Let go.

Start to fully release.

Let your body take control.

Start moving around wherever and however it feels best for you.

Let go of the rules and the expectations.

Maybe shake and wiggle and jump and twist.

This is all for you right now.

Exhaling out with the power of your breath.

You are completely free.

You are a warrior.

You are strong.

You are passionate,

And you are powerful.

Shake yourself free.

Release.

Let it go.

Connect deep with your breath.

Take one big exhale out,

And you can slowly begin to slow your body down.

Maybe slowing down the breath.

Just slowly,

Slowly be gentle.

Let yourself naturally fall back.

Keeping our eyes closed,

Stand in mountain pose with your feet on the ground,

Your hands by your side.

Take a cleansing breath.

Inhale in.

Exhale,

Let it go.

You can bring your hands up to your chest,

Maybe one on your chest and one on your belly.

Begin to slow down.

Turn inward,

And let's check back in.

What are you feeling inside?

What's coming up for you right now?

Notice any sensations,

And take a moment now to find gratitude for yourself,

For stepping into who you are,

For letting go of any perceived judgment,

Any walls.

Maybe even tap into an inner smile right now,

And you can slowly begin to open your eyes,

Joining the space around you.

Thank you for being with yourself,

And thank you for joining me today.

Namaste.
