I let you be.

I take a moment to touch with you.

Take a moment to settle in.

Find a comfortable seat or lie down restfully.

Allow your eyes to soften or gently close.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathing in,

Fill the body with the breath.

Breathing out,

Let go of any tension.

Breathing in,

Receive your life force.

Breathing out,

Release what doesn't serve.

Relax your body as you breathe.

Rest your mind.

Soothe your heart.

What is true for you right now?

How do you feel?

Can you allow those feelings and not push them away?

Allow yourself to deepen into what is really here right now within you.

Don't resist what's calling for your attention.

Be curious about what is alive in your thoughts and in your emotions.

Stay present to what is real right now around you.

Feel the air on your skin and the breath entering and leaving the body in a gentle rhythm.

The temperature of your surroundings.

The sounds you can hear.

Tune into a quiet space within.

Though the world around you may be spinning.

Though the circumstances of your life may feel uncertain.

Though there may be fear and worry,

Anxiety and dismay.

Take this breath to bring yourself into the safe embrace of the present moment.

Repeat to yourself,

In this moment I am well.

In this moment I am safe.

In this moment I am cared for.

In this moment I care for others.

Touch the truth that whatever you are afraid of losing really reminds you of what you truly treasure.

This moment,

This breath,

This life is precious.

Enjoy three more deep cleansing breaths in through the nose and a long exhale out through the mouth.

If it is still quiet,

Deep breath,

Take rest.

Ask yourself,

What do I long for right now?

What do I need deep down?

And who can I be right now?

How can I show up?

What quality of being would I like to embody today?

Imagine yourself living that.

The world may be trembling as delicate as it has always been,

As precious as it has always been.

Ask,

How may I attend to its needs today?

If the world has a hole in it that is in the shape of my gift,

Then what shall I offer today to soothe its cries?

I may be feeling pain,

But I choose not to add unnecessary suffering by resisting what is here in my reality today.

I may be feeling fear,

But I will listen to what it has to say and what it wants me to know about who I am and what I care for.

I may be facing uncertainty,

But I will rest in the knowing that I am loved and loving and can share that love in this moment no matter what.

I commit to softening,

Deepening,

And strengthening my heart today and in the tomorrows that I get to experience and share.

Keep breathing.

Take your time.

When you are ready,

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,

Bringing movement back into the body.

As you flutter your eyes open,

Take in the light,

The shapes,

Colors,

And textures of the objects in the room around you,

Noticing them with such detail as if seeing them for the first time.

As you breathe and observe your surroundings,

Place your hands on your heart one over the other and breathe deeply,

Entering back into your day with grace,

Peace,

And calm.
