Welcome to this meditation on infinite health and well-being.

Connecting you to the intelligence of consciousness that is creating life and connection to the deeper presence that lives inside all of us.

That is naturally coded in relationship to health and freedom.

Begin by settling yourself either in a posture that helps you feel supported for yourself today.

You could choose to either sit either on a chair or the floor with your spine erect or you can choose to lie down on a firm surface with a thin pillow underneath your head.

Sitting will encourage a more alert state of mind yet if you're needing physical relaxation and support then please let your body feel supported fully on the ground.

Once you're settled in your chosen position bring your full attention into your space.

Take it in through all of your senses to deeply embody this moment right here free of any judgment or opinion as you connect to the alignment of all that is happening.

Awaken your skin to feel the temperature of the space that surrounds you and your eyes awaken you to see the space out of any thought or concept.

Awaken your ears to hear and hear the space within.

And now awaken the smell,

Any immediate aromas.

Awaken to the flavor that is housed inside of your mouth.

Feel the fullness of your body slowly and deeply breathing.

Alive and in connection to your environment even with the eyes still closed and stay connected to the feeling of your body.

Alert to every breath that flows in and out of the rims of your nostrils.

To help steady your awareness you may state I am breathing in I am breathing out.

Now gently slide your attention all the way to the base of your feet and with your next inhalation deliberately guide your exhalation over the curve of your heels to the backside of your calves,

Hamstrings and buttocks right up the lumbar curve of your lower back,

Upper back and shoulder blades to the cervical curve of your neck to the top of your head.

As you exhale slowly and methodically roll down your front body starting at your face,

Front of your neck,

Collarbones and your chest,

Your navel,

Your pubic bone,

The front of your thighs,

Kneecaps,

Shins,

Top of your feet.

Continue this cycle of breath over the body with up through the back breath down the front inhaling energy through the breath up the back circuit and exhaling energy down the front circuit.

Stay connected and feel this experience deep inside of you and this is happening by you focusing your attention.

Continue to focus on the breath and the energetic flow that is being created by your intention and feel your body rest heavy on the unseen force of gravity.

Bring more awareness inside of you and feel any lingering type hardness or tension that's being housed held inside of your tissues,

Your muscles and in the organs.

Just feel deep inside your body.

Move into the intention,

Become very present with it,

Witness and observe it.

Keep moving any tension within your body and gently guide your attention towards your heart space and to be open to where you're guided to and what it looks like and feels like.

Soften your breath and soften your intention as you connect more intimately to your pure radiant essence that's beyond the conditionings of your local mind and limited personality.

Breathe in and rest who you are and it is in this deep quiet inner space that your personal will align with a larger reservoir of a higher will.

Make a resolve or a vow,

A commitment,

A heartfelt desire to align with perfect health,

With optimal well-being and increased immunity and to be right aligned to relationship to life.

The sense of I am that is much more than the working self,

The waking self.

Choose to state the resolve using the state of manifestation starting with I am,

Then followed by your deepest desire.

Whatever you're ready and willing to live in this lifetime,

To walk,

To talk,

To breathe,

To embody.

In a moment you will state it mentally,

I am and whatever you choose with your whole heart,

Your whole being,

With all your mind.

So repeat it now three times and then feel the energy of your words unfold like magic in your body growing new circuitry and altering this physiology to alignment to this upgraded state of being.

As you bring awareness to your breath and notice your breath state mentally in your mind,

I am present in every breath I take.

I am present in every breath I take.

Now bring your awareness to any sounds you hear that could be including the sound of my voice,

The sound of your breath,

Signs outside,

Any sound you can hear around you.

And now mentally say I am present in every sound I hear.

I am present in every sound I hear.

Now gently touch your clothes or anything around you or on your skin and once again mentally say to yourself I am present in everything I touch.

I am present in everything I touch.

Now half open your eyes,

Soft eyes and just be aware of the space you are in.

Just noticing colors,

Shapes,

Forms around you and mentally say I am present in everything I see.

I am present in everything I see.

Now close your eyes.

Move your tongue around your mouth,

The roof of the mouth,

The back of the teeth.

Maybe secrete some saliva and taste it and mentally say I am present in everything I taste.

I am present in everything I taste.

Now notice in orders that are waving around your nose and mentally say to yourself I am present in everything I smell.

I am present in everything I smell.

Now let's keep our eyes closed and let's evolve some images.

Evoke some images.

Imagine a beautiful sunset on the ocean.

Imagine a rainbow.

Imagine a snowflake.

Imagine snow covered mountains like the Rockies,

The Alps or the Himalayas.

Imagine the Milky Way galaxy at night.

Imagine the Aurora Borealis.

And then repeat in your mind I am present in everything I imagine,

In every image,

In my imagination,

I am present.

Now bring your awareness to your heart and think of someone or something you love like your significant other,

Children,

Pets or a great idea and feel the emotions.

Mentally say to yourself I am present in everything I feel.

I am present in everything I feel.

Now just stop and allow any thoughts to come to you including stressful thoughts like money,

Job,

The pandemic,

Relationships.

There are many things to be stressed about.

Although allow it to come to your awareness and mentally say I am present in every thought I have.

And now allow your awareness to go outside the boundaries of your skin and pervade all space and time and space itself.

Mentally say I am present everywhere.

I am presence itself.

I am presence itself.

Presence does not have a location.

It is infinite.

Now mentally repeat I am infinite now and state your name.

I am blank your name.

Mentally say that in your mind I am your name.

And now say I am without saying your name.

There is no story,

No form,

No idea.

Just say mentally I am.

Now replace the I am with a mantra.

A mantra is a mind track which moves into your subconscious.

So mentally repeat Aham.

Aham in Sanskrit which means vibration of all existence.

Aham.

And keep repeating it mentally.

Aham.

Aham.

Aham.

If you get distracted just go back to saying Aham.

Aham.

Aham.

Finally let the mantra go and just settle into the presence of your own being.

Presence.

Aware of being aware.

Infinite.

Shapeless.

Formless.

Immortal.

And timeless.

Just being.

Being is enough.

More than enough.

Because being is infinite.

So now just rest in being.

Now start to feel your body gently moving fingers and toes.

Repeating the vow that you said earlier three times.

Once you said it three times gently open your eyes.
