The foundation of concentration is stillness. The foundation of meditation is the disassociation of the physical body and its sensations. The mind will calm, when the sensations are getting weaker. Kayotsarg is the continuation of Kaya Sthairyam. Kaya means "body“ utsarg renunciation“. First we will take our awareness to our body again. Step by step, we observe the body parts. After that we let go of the sensations and the awareness of the physical body. You will then be able to not feel body sen

How do they look like in the mirror?

Can you see them at all?

Can you see both of them?

Your lower legs.

Your knees.

If you're sitting on the floor they are touching the ground.
