It will reduce your stress level, as well as improve your overall health and well being when practiced regularly. I invite you to make yourself comfortable... my name is Robert Aceves, and my intention with these meditations is to create an oasis where you can come to tap into your inner peace, positive mindset, and your own ability for self-healing.

Hi,

My name is Robert Aceves and I welcome you to this meditation.

We cannot find love in other people if we do not experience it first in ourselves.

In this meditation,

My intention is to help you reconnect with your essence,

And by understanding who you really are,

Acceptance will come along.

Before starting,

As always,

I'm going to ask you for a better concentration to be in a place where you can be in silence and in peace for several minutes,

And preferably use headphones for greater deep relaxation.

Make yourself comfortable.

You can be sitting or lying down.

The most important thing is that your back is straight and that you can get very comfortable,

As comfortable as possible.

The more comfortable you get,

The more benefits you'll get.

Try to be in a peaceful place where you can be calm and where your body feels at ease,

Safe and comfortable.

Great.

Now you can close your eyes.

With your eyes closed,

I'm going to ask you to direct your gaze towards the center of your forehead.

Keep your gaze there for a few seconds as you take a deep breath in and feel your lungs as they fill with air.

Hold the air for three seconds and release.

Turning your eyes at your normal position and stay there,

Resting with your eyes closed,

Feeling the calm rhythm of your breath and silently thanking yourself mentally for allowing and giving yourself this space in your day to recharge your batteries and reconnect with your inner self at this moment.

Feel your body and observe the position of your body.

You can feel your clothes rubbing with your skin and stay like this without moving,

Breathing slowly and gently,

Concentrating all your attention on the muscles of your arms and your hands.

I'm going to ask you to tense the muscles on your arms and squeeze your hands for a few seconds.

Just squeeze your arms and your hands.

And now,

Let them go and relax.

Let your arms and your hands relax more and more.

You can feel your arms and your hands getting heavier and heavier and watch how your arms and hands get more comfortable.

And notice how your arm muscles and your hands relax more and more.

Now you can focus all your attention on the muscles of your legs and I'm going to ask you to tense the muscles on your legs for a few seconds.

Tense those muscles for a few seconds and now let them go and relax your legs.

You can feel your legs getting heavier and heavier.

Watch how your legs become more relaxed and notice how your legs feel heavier and heavier every second.

And now,

You can focus all your attention on your whole body and tighten the muscles of your whole body starting with your face,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your hands,

Your stomach,

Your legs and your whole body just becomes very tense,

Tense,

Tense for a couple seconds and now let it go.

Letting go of everything on your body and relax and feel how your back feels more relaxed and your chest feels more relaxed.

Your whole body feels more relaxed just like your legs and your arms feel heavier,

Your whole body feels heavier and heavier.

In this state,

Will you relax all the muscles in your body,

Take a deep breath in and hold the air for a few seconds and then exhale slowly.

And as you exhale all the muscles in your body,

Relax even more and as the air flows in and out of your body,

You can feel yourself entering a more pleasant and deeper state of relaxation,

Feeling your muscles more and more relaxed,

Resting comfortably in the position you are in,

You don't have to do anything,

Just relax.

You breathe in and with each passing moment,

You put more attention on your breath and the rhythm of your breath,

Inhaling and exhaling,

Feeling how your stomach and your chest move up and down with each breath,

Becoming more aware of your breath,

Enjoying this moment,

Enjoying your breath.

You know that you can go whole days without eating or drinking water,

But you cannot live for more than a few minutes without breathing.

So,

Let's take this time to thank your body for being able to breathe.

Let's thank the air that feeds your body and fills you with life and thank your body for the simple act of breathing.

From the moment you were born,

Your body has not stopped breathing for a single moment.

So today,

You can realize the important mission that your lungs have as you thank them for working continuously day and night,

Rain or shine,

Non-stop since your heart began to beat.

Now,

Imagine that in this air that you inhale,

There are small microscopic particles.

Visualize them with your imagination and your eyes closed.

These tiny golden particles that are floating in the air,

That are moving harmoniously with the rhythm of the wind.

Visualize with each inhalation how you make your lungs fill with air,

Your abdomen and your entire body with golden particles,

With light.

The air you breathe is vital energy and the oxygen you get from it nourishes each of your organs through your bloodstream and through this bloodstream,

The oxygen that is processed by your lungs arrives to your brain,

To your central nervous system and that same oxygen goes to each of your cells,

Filling them with life.

And for this,

You can feel grateful as you inhale and exhale,

At your own pace,

Breathing and breathing,

And you can feel the air flowing freely through your body in a harmonic,

Smooth and serene way.

Your breath is unique.

The rhythm of your breath is a unique movement,

Just like you.

There is no other like it.

It is your own unique way.

It is your unique way of filling your body and your mind of life and light.

With each breath,

You absorb this air and in this air,

You can inhale those particles of light.

With each breath,

You are filling the center of your body with light and through your lungs,

This light reaches your bloodstream and through your blood circulation,

Through your arteries and veins,

Reaches each of your organs.

Visualize how with each breath,

You fill yourself more and more with light.

You can feel each artery,

Each vein and each blood vessel as they transport this light.

And imagine your body being completely filled with an amazing brightness that arises from your interior and radiates light,

Filling,

Illuminating the space in which you find yourself.

That is you.

That is your essence.

You are energy.

You are light.

Imagine that this light is concentrated with greater intensity in the upper part of your abdomen,

In your solar plexus,

Where your power of connection with yourself is born.

From there,

You radiate light to connect with your environment.

Visualize yourself immersed in this light with your eyes closed as you breathe calmly.

Now mentally,

I'm going to ask you to repeat to yourself the following phrases.

In this moment,

I recognize myself through this light.

In this moment,

I understand that I am energy and that energy is power.

In this moment,

I recognize my power and I understand that I am unique.

In this moment,

I accept myself as I am.

There is no person in the world like me and I cannot be like anyone else.

I am.

I am.

I am.

I accept myself as a beautiful being as I am.

I love myself because I understand that I am a wonderful work of art,

Absolute and perfect,

Perfect energy because I come from love.

I am part of the whole of the universe,

Of the inexhaustible source of universal energy.

I am thankful for who I am and for what I am.

I am part of the divine connection that unites us all as human beings through the energy of love.

And therefore,

I recognize myself.

I accept myself and I love myself.

I recognize myself,

I accept myself and I love myself.

I recognize myself,

I accept myself and I love myself.

And in this clarity of consciousness about myself,

I understand that I simply am.

I am creative potential.

I am divine love.

I am sacred energy.

I am divine wisdom.

I am deserving of abundance.

I am light.

I am love.

I am.

I am creative potential.

I am divine love.

I am sacred energy.

I am divine wisdom.

I am deserving of abundance.

I am light.

I am love.

I am.

I am creator of my destiny.

I am divine love.

I am sacred energy.

I am divine wisdom.

I am deserving of abundance.

I am light.

I am love.

I am.

I am.

I am.

I am.

At this moment,

Love invades me.

Love towards myself because I understand that only from love I can do good things for me and for others.

Take a deep breath in.

Feeling happy,

Serene,

Calm and renewed.

And now exhale.

Feeling so much better and charged with light and love.

And stay in this moment for a few minutes.

Enjoy in this moment while your energy becomes adjusted.

Now slowly you become aware of your hands and begin to make small movements with your fingers.

And slowly you become aware of your feet.

Slowly and gently you can start making small circles with your feet as you continue to breathe with ease.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Feeling the muscles in your legs,

Bending your arms and feeling your stomach stretch in your whole body.

Ah,

With a big smile,

Feeling happy and worthy of love and happiness,

You can open your eyes,

Returning to the here and now,

Thanking yourself for allowing and giving yourself the opportunity for this space.
