So welcome to this guided meditation to help assist you with your anxiety,

To help to bring in more peace and calm to you and your nervous system,

To come back to a place of presence and connection into your heart.

So just allowing yourself to become still,

To become present in the space that you're in and inviting you to place a hand on your heart and just allow yourself to take some deep breaths into the heart,

Deep conscious breaths and allowing yourself to just take a moment to check in with your body,

Noticing if your body is very tense,

Constricted and just give yourself permission to relax your body,

Sending your breath to all of the parts of your body that might be feeling this anxiety,

This tension within yourself,

Just allow yourself to be held in this space,

To know that you are safe,

To just let go,

Relax your body,

Let go of all the tension,

Sigh out and let it go and bring your awareness back into your heart and as you breathe back into your heart,

I feel you And now just allow yourself to bring that awareness back to your breath and as you become conscious of your breath just get a sense now on the next breath in of breathing in a beautiful rose gold light and this rose gold light is filled with love with peace and calm filled with nurturing to you and your anxious me so just get a sense of breathing in rose gold light into your heart space and see if you can get a sense of anxious me in the heart and if you can sense that anxious you may be sensing what age of anxious you just get a sense as you breathe in this rose gold light to surround that anxious you with this rose gold light with every breath in surround yourself with this rose gold light and allowing your body to relax a little bit further with each breath in allowing yourself to be seen allowing yourself to be held and nurtured in this space allow your anxious me to feel held to feel safe and supported right now as you feel this sense of calm breathing in more of this rose gold light and you may wish to ask your anxious me what do you need right now anxious me what do you need to feel more love maybe they need a big hug from you right now maybe they just need to feel that love and acknowledgement but just allow the space and presence now to feel what anxious you needs right now and maybe you would like to give some words of encouragement to your anxious me maybe you would like to acknowledge what may have been communicated with you for what it is that you need right now and as you allow this space for you and your anxious me or maybe you have more than one anxious me within you right now but as you allow this space and continue to breathe in this beautiful rose gold light just allow yourself now to receive this light language transmission to help bring in more peace and calm to your anxious me Dusha Dusha Adonai Iye Akai Ika Kopata'a Kopata'a Kopata'a Na Ta So just bringing your awareness back to your heart back to your anxious me and just get a sense now of how your anxious me is feeling noticing if you do feel a greater sense of peace and calm and also if you did receive any guidance from anxious me just being able to give that commitment to yourself and to your anxious me to give yourself what you need right now and to hold yourself with so much love and compassion for whatever you might be experiencing whatever challenges you might be facing right now that are leading to your anxiety Allow yourself to feel exactly how you feel and acknowledge that anxious me Tell your anxious me I see you and I love you and I've got you anxious me and know that you are so very loved Breathe in all of your words and all of your love into your body into your cells I love you anxious me Thank you me and allow yourself to check in with this meditation as often as you need to As often as you need to acknowledge the anxious me within you.
