Welcome to this falling angel meditation.
Find a place where you feel comfortable and safe.
And lie down.
Feel how the different parts of your body touch the floor.
And imagine everything you don't need can sink into the earth beneath you while your body is carried.
As if everything you don't need is melting out of your body into the floor.
And then take a moment to notice your breath.
You don't have to change it.
You can just relax.
And then you can feel the energy You don't have to change it.
Just be aware of the air moving in and out of your body.
Exchanging the air within yourself and around you.
If you get distracted,
It's totally fine.
It's normal.
Don't judge it.
But just gently come back to your breath.
And with every out breath maybe there's more you can drop into the floor into the earth where it will be recycled and generated for new energy.
And as you're lying here maybe you feel relaxed maybe you feel tension or emotions coming up.
Just accept whatever is happening.
Know that you're supported and safe.
And then imagine the full outline of your body as a shape on the floor.
And you're falling through the sky.
Visualize your body is falling like a big star shape through a very thick layer of fluffy white clouds leaving a hole where your body fell through.
You're an angel falling from the sky through soft clouds.
Gravity is taking over just surrender to that feeling.
And as you come closer to the floor to the earth you slow down.
Not falling is fast anymore.
And then hands will catch you.
Hands support you.
You can feel your body making contact to those hands that carry you for the last few centimeters until you hit the floor.
The hands of your family,
Your loved ones and the hands of your ancestors are catching you,
Are supporting you and gently putting you down to the earth.
Putting you down to the earth.
Feel the weight of your body.
And maybe there's a gentle smile when you think about the adventure you just had as a falling angel.
And all the other angels that might fall from the sky and landed here on the earth.
Feel connected to all of those other angels.
Then become aware of your breath again and maybe start to deepen it a little bit and see if with every in-breath you can feel your body expand and with every out-breath you can let go.
Until you feel ready to maybe move some parts of your body or to simply open your eyes again.
Take your time.
