My name is Jen Edwards,

And today I will be guiding you through a Nidra bringing peace into your body allowing for a moment of pure release of healing Allowing your nervous system to be fully offline Allowing your body to be fully supported So as we allow ourselves to set up for this practice for this moment for this Nidra Finding a comfortable place for your body to be completely supported to the fullest So if you need to grab blankets or pillows,

Maybe dim the lights Perhaps even an eye pillow Getting yourself as comfortable as you can Yoga,

Nidra allows us the opportunity to Almost go offline from where we are so we can bring in true healing within our bodies so we can allow ourselves a space of peace and space of rest Once we are settled without judgment without frustration Notice your breath moving through your body without Feeling the urge to adjust yourself adjust your breath It's feeling your breath move just as it is For this moment for this practice.

There is nowhere for you to go There is nothing for you to do and there is nothing being asked of you All you need to do is be exactly as you are in this moment of pure peace If your body is feeling the need to discharge or release some movement Allow your body to move Shifting any last body parts that are asking for a little bit of discharge a little bit of letting go A moment to release this in your body can allow you to fall deeper into rest Releasing your nervous system the charge that it has perhaps been holding on to Finding this moment of stillness in your body Where you can feel completely held and fully supported Just gently Begin to bring in tension contractions in your body Tightening the entire full body tight as you can and Release in your body complete ease complete letting go the muscles relaxing the fascia the connective tissue and Then again contract tighten Feel it in your backside body in your front from the tip of your head all the way down to the bottom of your toes and relax fully Feeling every ounce of your body release and find ease feeling the support and Then again tense tight Restricting your muscles feeling that tension and that tightness and Release your entire body held your entire body supported Your entire body and comfort Now allow your body to completely relax in you our codes the inner design work that allows for energy to flow and move through you in Contracting and expanding we are connecting these codes to everything within our bodies Our breath is the operation of intelligence within our body It allows ourselves to Have the presence of this moment Gives us the opportunity to welcome our breath back home Become aware of the energetic flow of movement through your body from your breath the expansion of your inhales the contraction of your exhales Your body's full expansive inhale creating space to open to clear and move The debris you're holding on to with tension and tightness within the cells of your body While you were contracting Your exhales catch you with supportive holding your entire backside body being held being supported as you offload and Discharge from your body what is not serving you feeling the movement Feeling your breath surrendering in this moment the movement of your breath the operation of intelligence your breath carries Sending waves of supportive peace washing through you inhale and exhale We now begin the practice of yoga nidra use my voice as a guide and Set an intention to stay awake and consciously aware through this practice Allow yourself to come to awareness to sensation at the center of your heart Allow awareness of energy sitting here to be brought fully forward Full awareness in your heart center While you're settled in the seat of peaceful breath within your heart if you feel drawn to set an intention as you allow this heart centered awareness bring one forward a resolve a vow to yourself a truth a support When and if one has been brought forward Repeat it three times as you move breath fully through your body Feeling the power of its presence within every cell of your body the expansiveness of its becoming limitless in the comfort of this whole hearted connection Be aware of this whole bodied piece Bringing awareness fully into your whole body The bones the organs the muscles the fascia All the way to the cells within you feeling this peace in the comfort of this whole hearted connection of whole bodied peace Bring awareness fully into your body Let my voice guide you as we move through your body delivering the sensation of deep peace traveling throughout your whole body as I name each area.

Being full awareness into your brow center center of the throat right shoulder joint right elbow joint right wrist tip of the right thumb tip of the right index finger tip of the right middle finger tip of the right ring finger tip of the right pinky finger Center of the right wrist Center of the right elbow Center of the right shoulder Center of the throat left shoulder joint left elbow joint left wrist joint tip of the left thumb Tip of the left index finger tip of the left middle finger tip of the left ring finger Tip of the left pinky finger Center of the left wrist Center of the left elbow Center of the left shoulder Center of the throat Center of the chest right chest Center of the chest left chest heart Heart center Full awareness in your whole body Your whole body is overcome with supportive peace breathe this peace In the comfort of this whole hearted connection Be aware of this whole body peace bringing awareness fully into your whole body in The comfort of this whole hearted connection of whole bodied peace Bring awareness fully into your whole body Awareness in the waves of your breath the expanding inhales the contracting exhales your belly your chest Your shoulders rising as you inhale Your belly your chest your shoulders contracting as you exhale Without altering without forcing allow your awareness to follow your breath The waves of peace traveling through your whole body with each energetic breath Washing through you with movement with fluidity The inner code of intelligence from your breath guiding its movement without force without judgment with ease with comfort and in safety Staying connected and aware of this whole body peace bringing awareness fully into your whole body as you dissolve into the energy of peace Bringing your attention to the center of your heart With full awareness of the safety in the space.

We will use this as a home base as We play with pairs of opposites Bringing yourself back at any moment to the sensation of safety in the center of your heart each sensation or emotion Awaken as fully as you can in this present moment While remaining relaxed and at ease within your peace filled body Awaken the sensation of despair What does the feeling of despair feel like?

When you feel lost alone or disappointed If a story arises a narrative is beginning to create itself Simply let that story go Creating space from this playbook Let despair be felt While remaining relaxed and at ease Now let that feeling go Bringing your awareness back to the safety of your heart center Now awaken the sensation of fear Bringing your awareness back to the safety of your heart center Now awaken the sensation of peace What does that feeling of peace feel like?

In this peace,

The practice of yoga nidra is now complete.

Gently bring yourself back into your physical body with ease-filled movement.

Noticing the physical ground beneath you.

Holding you.

Supporting you.

Gently rolling onto whichever side of your body feels the best.

Keeping your eyes closed if that feels safe for you.

As you lie on your side body taking in these last few moments of this practice.

Noticing the sensation within your body.

Peace radiating throughout your whole self.

If you feel ready,

Bring yourself to a seated position.

However,

If you are carrying yourself into sleep,

Sleep well.

If you have risen to a seated position,

Place one hand at the heart center and the other gently on top.

Bring your chin down towards your chest,

Allowing your heart and your head a moment of togetherness.

Of oneness.

Of coherence.

Allow yourself as many moments as you need held in this oneness.

Supported by peace.

May you carry with you peace throughout your day.
