So,
Dear voices,
Here we are.
Um,
I am,
I tend to just slow down in parts.
So when we think of our pelvic floor,
It's an area that is often associated with certain things only.
It's often an area that's associated with a lot of shame,
Curiosity,
Discomfort,
Frozenness,
Pain,
Physical,
Emotional.
It's a vast,
Vast part of being human,
And it is living in every one of us.
And I just invite everybody,
Just as I'm sharing a story with you,
To bring your attention to that part of you.
And notice if you feel uncomfortable or curious,
And maybe you're thinking,
Why?
Why go there?
I think that it's just a part that has been locked away,
Even for those of us who have explored it in a variety of,
You know,
Physical therapy,
Trauma.
Lots of people have explored this part of their bodies,
Lots of people haven't.
And regardless,
This part of the human anatomy has a lot of history and a lot of holding and a lot of trauma.
As a whole universe,
There's a lot here.
And when you sense it,
When you even think and feel what I'm saying,
It speaks wherever there is a lot,
Wherever there is a lot of stuff going on,
There is immense potential and creativity.
Immense.
Which is my call to this part of my body.
And my story is one of a few surgeries.
I am somebody who struggled with cysts for a long time,
And it was very frustrating and terrifying and painful.
And I just felt like something was terribly wrong with me.
And cysts on my ovary,
Both ovaries but particularly one.
And I related to my pelvic floor feminine reproductive organs that sit right above the pelvic floor.
I feel like they are a part of the pelvic floor.
But I felt like this area of the body was only about definitions.
It was only about surgery.
It was only about getting rid of something.
It was only about what other people told me and wanted me to do.
It was only about man-made societal mind,
We don't go there stuff that had been stored in me.
And then the doctors tell you what they think you should do.
And then there's a lot of fear instilled in women and men.
I can't speak for men.
I am not one,
But it doesn't matter what gender you are.
It doesn't matter.
This area is for all of us.
And what I experienced and what I'm sharing with you can be experienced or just felt by everybody because we all have these parts.
We just have slightly different organs.
So what I'm challenging and what I'm calling forth from the consciousness of this part of the body and from those who showed up with a curiosity about what this class was going to be,
Is to challenge these stuck definitions of genitals,
The scientific definitions,
Uterus,
Ovary,
Bladder,
This,
That.
Even the genital words are uncomfortable for a lot of us to even say.
There's all kinds of stuff around it.
So this is not an anatomy class.
This is just touching the surface of the potential,
The human creative potential that lives in this part of the body.
And if you want to go there in the session,
There's an opportunity to open to a no definition,
Just space,
Just space.
And in that regard,
There's equality too.
There isn't man-woman.
It's just space.
It's very important space.
When I talk about the space,
I don't mean that we're not existing.
Some people might find that very confusing.
It's just contacting it as it is felt in your body,
And then we just kind of will drop into some space.
Hi,
Liz.
So nice to have you here.
So just take a breath into your belly again and just exhale on sound.
And I invite everyone to be curious.
So I think with so much of the healing work that we all do,
And I include myself in this,
By the way.
I'm not speaking to you or at you.
It's me too that sometimes I'm like,
Oh,
Yeah,
I've already done that.
Like,
Oh,
My God,
I've done this like a million times.
I know exactly what cat-cow is.
I know that.
I know exactly what that is.
I know what downward dog is.
I know.
So my invitation in my sessions is always can we just open to curiosity about what it is for us today so it,
Again,
Doesn't get caught in this like definition of this is your pelvic bowl.
This is the hip bone.
This is and that that's all that it is.
Yes,
It is that.
Yes,
It is a skull.
Yes,
It is a nose.
But then there's the feeling.
Then there's the felt sense.
Then there's the immensity of the space that lives behind the eyes,
Behind the nose and within the whole body.
So that's my my invitation to everybody.
So we're going to step in what what I'm presenting here today.
This part of the session is some just some practical ways that you can access these three gates and and and you can do it on your own at home.
And then we'll do a guided journey after to really integrate.
So if you can try and stay to the end,
Integration is really important to me.
I've realized.
So I stay on until that's done.
All right.
Okay,
Dear voices,
We're going to wake up the pelvic floor quickly.
So you're going to pull in on an inhale.
You're going to pull in your Kegel muscles and then you're going to release your Kegel muscles.
So we inhale,
Pull it in,
Exhale.
And maybe that's too harsh for you.
Maybe you want to go kind of gentle.
So we'll do one that's kind of slow and long.
Pull in your muscles.
Exhale and release.
Basic stuff.
But again,
Stay open.
Hi,
Maureen.
Hi,
Liz.
Hi,
D.
Thank you.
Bring in your awareness into your pelvis.
Sorry,
Into your pelvic floor and contract the muscles on an inhale.
We'll do two really quick.
Hold,
Hold,
Hold,
Exhale and really let go in the exhale.
Let your pelvic floor go.
Feel that.
Bring it in.
Feel that.
Feel what that's like walking around the world like this.
Holding,
Holding and then exhale.
And just have a sense.
What's your felt sense of that area?
Do you sense it?
Is it like a spaciousness?
Is it like more defined like sits bones?
Oh,
Now I can feel my pubic bone.
Or is it like I don't feel anything?
So just be aware of what's happening.
It's not what I'm doing isn't to change your experience.
It's just for you to be where you are and to notice what it is that's going on.
So in the pelvic bowl and in the pelvic floor,
We're going to make some sounds.
We're going to make some gorilla sounds.
Yeah,
That's right.
Gorilla.
Okay.
So I'm going to use my drum.
Sorry.
Sorry about the sound.
So I'm going to give you an example.
Okay.
And you can go kind of into the fun,
Funny part of it.
Or you can sort of just feel it in a softer way.
So we're just going to go into a just like that.
And as you do it,
You're waking up your low belly and your pelvic floor.
So your desire,
Your intention,
Your focus is going down to the bottom of you.
Okay.
So I'm going to just.
Get your serious face.
Furrow your brows.
You can imitate me if you like.
Fierce.
Get a bit louder.
Now you try it on your own.
Get playful.
Ask like you're asking who.
Now I want everyone to imagine somebody that you want to talk back to.
Somebody that you want to defend against.
Anything.
Anything that comes to mind.
It could be an energy.
It could be a person.
Anything.
You're going to let out a really loud.
Right at them on the count of three.
One,
Two,
Three.
And you're pushing with your sound.
So the gorilla is an incredible way into the pelvic floor and into the low belly.
You can access that through play.
When we listen to the Tibetan monks,
They exist often in their chanting.
By the way,
I am not aiming to imitate.
I'm just making a sound similar to them.
I'm sure you know what I'm talking about.
It's a tone and it comes from right down in the pelvic floor.
From even further below the pelvic floor.
And so maybe it also clears the throat.
Maybe later this evening or tomorrow you might listen to some Tibetan monks and feel the immensity of where that sound emanates from.
Okay,
So your gate number one.
Your gate number one is your pelvic floor.
Just see it as a gate.
It's a gate.
It's quite amazing.
It's a gate.
It's shaped like this.
If you put your hands like this.
I never get tired of this.
That's why I keep sharing it.
I keep teaching this.
There's the size.
That's the size.
That's a gate.
And it moves.
It moves kind of like a jellyfish.
It opens and closes.
We contract.
We hold,
We hold,
We hold.
We hold tension.
We hold history.
We hold trauma.
We hold pain.
We hold,
We hold,
We hold.
We relax.
We relax,
We relax.
We can feel more,
Breathe more.
We have life changes.
Things transform.
We contract,
We contract.
We start to work our lives.
We try,
We want more freedom.
We want more elasticity.
We want to feel more connected to Mother Earth.
We start to do things in our lives that bring us to that point.
So,
That's our gate number one.
And now we're just journeying into gate number two.
Some people call this the Mobius Center.
If you put your hands on your solar plexus,
And you start to feel your diaphragm,
You can never,
Honestly,
You could do this every day,
And it'll be so different every day you do it.
So,
Anyone who's come on the call,
Open your consciousness to experiencing something new about a same exercise that you've probably done 800 times,
Some of you.
And there's a lot of really incredible teachers on this app.
There's a lot of spiritual stuff and healing going on,
Yeah?
So,
Each experience is different.
So,
Here's the diaphragm.
So,
You're just feeling around in your diaphragm here.
You're just kind of like feeling it.
It's in there.
It's right in there.
That center,
That spot right here,
The solar plexus,
If you went right inside,
You'd get another one of these right in the center.
It goes like that.
And this space,
We're just going to breathe into it and expand the ribs sideways,
And then squeeze it in like a corset.
Again.
Good.
Let your hands go and start to rub your belly,
Your whole belly.
Just feel your belly.
Say hello to your belly.
I'm not going to go into as much description of how to do this.
You can kind of find your way.
Rubbing your belly,
Noticing how much your belly holds on a daily basis,
And noticing that the belly sits on top of,
It's above the pelvic floor.
It's the next center.
So,
This mobius,
This solar plexus,
This diaphragm in between the ribs is gate number two.
And this area,
What we're going to do is inhale and pull your tummy in towards your spine,
And then exhale,
And I want you to push your hands out like a,
Like harsh,
If you can.
Okay,
If you're not feeling well,
Don't do that.
So,
Let some sound out.
Now we're going to do the opposite.
Inhale,
Expand your belly.
Exhale,
Bring your tummy towards your belly.
Expanding,
Coming back toward the spine.
One more.
And the sound associated with this part of the body,
I'm sure there are many,
But we're going to focus on who.
Hi,
Thomas.
Hello,
Christine.
Welcome.
We're going to focus on H-U,
Who,
The call,
The call to the beloved,
The call we're going to call right from our solar plexus,
Right from this particular gate.
And I'm going to just play,
And you can just sing with me,
Imitate me,
Go along in whatever way you want.
We're going to go low.
Who,
Who,
Feel your body and bones vibrating.
Who,
Let's raise the pitch.
Who,
Who,
Notice the difference.
Is it accessing a different part of you?
Who,
Who.
So we're doing some practical tips on the three gates,
And then we'll work our way into a guided journey.
So this is the second gate,
Sometimes associated with the sound,
Who,
H-U,
A call to the beloved.
Working our way to the top of the neck,
Where it meets,
It's called the occiput,
Where it meets the head scent,
Sorry,
Where it meets the skull.
So if you just place your hand on your neck,
At the top of your neck,
And you just feel that part of you,
It is so sensitive.
It is so sensitive.
It carries so much stress and so much weight.
This whole neck,
Just to acknowledge it and to say hello to it.
When you just touch this part,
Have a sense of how,
When you touch it,
How does it affect your gate number two and gate number one?
How does it affect your solar plexus,
Your diaphragm,
And the diaphragm of the pelvic floor?
Does it?
Do you feel it there?
Do you feel the connection?
Sometimes we think we know the connection,
Or we've read it in a book,
Yeah,
We know the connection,
But then we go and we feel the connection,
And we're like,
Wow,
This part,
This area,
Is another gate.
Right from the back to the jaw,
We form another triangle.
Here,
The whole throat.
So just take a deep breath right in,
To the top of your neck,
Right into your head.
Notice if your saliva glands are moving,
Or if your teeth feel interesting,
Or your jaw.
This is a very active part,
And just kind of let your jaw hang,
And kind of talk like this.
Just let it hang.
You can't understand me,
That's fine.
Who cares?
Just hang jaw.
Hangin' jaw.
It's kind of what we do when we sleep.
Somebody finds us and we're like,
Like that,
Right?
So this area,
And just feel it in relationship to the other gates.
And see if you can breathe from the base of you,
From the gate at the bottom of you,
Right up to the gate at the top.
Do they affect one another?
Do you think?
Do they inform one another?
Do they communicate?
Do you notice how they might get stuck?
And there might be a contortion in the spine,
Like something's like,
Ehhh.
And this thing goes off,
And then the head can't really connect to the heart anymore,
And then the heart can't really connect to the stomach,
And the stomach is like,
What's going on?
And the stomach isn't really connected to the breath in the pelvic floor because we're like,
Ehhh.
Because that whole space,
That whole space is kind of wingy,
Wing-wongy all over the place.
Okay.
So for those of you who have not met Shruti,
This is my Shruti box.
She is awesome.
I basically play her by pumping this thing.
Yeah.
And I named her Tutti Shruti.
Why?
Because I like it.
Because it rhymes.
And it's an Italian word.
Tutti Shruti.
So,
Hi Tutti Shruti.
She's going to sing with us.
We're going to do a little sa-ra-sa.
We're going to cover in the head.
We're going to start in the head because that's where we left off.
So we're still in our head.
And a real soft voice.
So soft.
This is a good place where you can just imitate.
Sa- Sa- Try it.
Sa- Ra- Sa- Soft,
Like a child.
Like you just woke up.
Sa- Sa- You can really feel your tenderness of your head and your neck.
Sa- Sa- Beautiful.
Now we're going to allow that head voice to start to seep down into your chest,
Into your heart center,
Into your second gate.
We're going to put a little bit more voice in.
I want you to use your arms.
Sa- Present.
Ra- Present.
Sa- Give it out.
Give it out.
Here we go.
Sa- Ra- Sa- Give it to someone you love.
One more time,
Right from your chest.
Sa- Sa- Beautiful.
Now we're going to move down into your pelvis,
Right from the pelvic floor.
And we're going to give it a real belly sound.
And we're going to imagine that we are regal,
That we are royal,
Because we are.
So really take that on.
Embody that.
Here we go.
Sa- Yeah.
Ra- Sa- Oh yeah.
Go as deep and low as you can.
Really feel it and have fun and be playful.
Sa- Ra- Sa- Really give it.
Give it all you got.
You don't need to be a good singer.
Sa- Ra- Sa- Be your best Broadway singer.
Sa- Sa- Ra- Sa- Ra- Sa- Let's do it again.
We're going to go up on the last one.
We're going to go.
Sa- Ra- Sa- Give it to the last row of the audience,
Even if you're not a stage person.
Sa- Ra- Sa- I give it to you.
It's like 5,
000 people in the audience.
Sa- Ra- Give it away.
Sa- Oh yeah.
Full bodied.
Here we are.
Mm-hmm.
Feel it.
Sa- Ra- Sa- Go into your head voice.
Sa- Sa- Feel the sweetness.
Feel your heart.
Feel the gate of the heart being touched by the head center and vice versa.
Sa- Ra- Sa- Right into the belly.
Sa- Head.
Sa- Sa- Head.
Sa- Ra- To the head.
Sa- See how long you can hold.
Sa- Sa- Good job.
Can't hear you,
But good job.
Okay.
So,
Now.
Bum-bum.
We go in to a little guided journey.
And just notice,
Everybody,
If any of these gates feel a little bit more aware.
Are they more aware for you from the sound?
Or are they more aware from you or in you from breathing?
Maybe both,
Or maybe none at all.
Which center do you feel most connected to right now?
One,
Two,
Three,
Or all?
And which gate,
Center,
Gate,
It's almost the same thing.
Which center gate do you operate from most of the time in your life?
Are you mostly in your head?
Are you mostly in your solar plexus gate?
The diaphragm,
That part of you?
Is that where you go out into the world?
Are you mostly in your low belly?
So,
Gate number one is the pelvic floor.
Gate number two is the diaphragm that is in between the ribs.
And gate number three is in the top of the neck where it meets the head.
There's another space,
Column of space there.
So,
Those are the gates,
Kate.
The pelvic floor,
The solar plexus,
And the head.
They are like diaphragms,
Which might be helpful.
Diaphragms,
Thinking of like a jellyfish,
Right?
Like the pelvic floor is about this big,
And the space in our diaphragm between our ribs is about this big,
And the space where the neck meets the head,
This whole space is about this big.
So,
These three columns connect.
And when we get in touch with them,
There's more space allowed in the body and in the consciousness.
Not only in ourselves,
But also for those around us.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Great answers.
Okay,
So my suggestion is that if you can,
Close your eyes for this part.
We will definitely go over time,
So I hope some of you can stay.
I'm just having a really joyous time here with you,
So things have gotten a little bit longer than I anticipated.
If you can close your eyes,
You'll probably get more out of this,
But that's your choice.
All right,
Everybody.
Just settling in.
Resting and settling down into your pelvic floor.
Settling with the spatial awareness of the three gates that we've just explored.
Sense the space between the pelvic floor gate,
The ribcage gate,
And the space between the ribcage gate and the top of the neck.
Sense the fluidity of these diaphragms hovering inside your body.
Feel the sense of it's like a fluid sea creature.
Each one of them right at the top of your neck will start there.
Just see this permeable,
Flexible,
Stretchy,
Elastic sense.
Feel the gooeyness,
How mobile it is with each breath.
Feel how it responds to the breath.
Feel the top of your neck.
Just feel this gate.
Feel it open and close,
Open and close.
It's like a beautiful sea creature floating in the sunlit,
Sparkling water.
Just watch it.
From this space,
Look down to gate number two,
To your diaphragm between your ribs,
And feel it like a soft sea creature,
A different sea creature than the neck.
This one is its own.
It takes up,
Inhabits a whole other space.
Maybe it's a different,
Maybe it's sparkling,
Moving,
Breathing,
Breathing with the vastness of the ocean.
Really feel this center,
This rather large gateway.
Gate number two,
How flexible,
How responsive.
Again,
How mobile,
How alive it is without us doing anything,
Except for breathing.
Take a deep breath into the solar plexus and shoot it right up to the top of your neck.
Notice the response of both of those gates.
Are they starting?
Are they communicating in some form?
See this itself,
This exploration,
This journey,
As communication.
The communication has already started.
So let's journey down,
Down,
Down below,
Below to the gate of the pelvic floor.
Rest yourself in your base,
In your center.
Start to feel the aliveness of your parts.
The music infuse this part of you,
The sound,
Vibration.
Feel your genitals,
Feel yourself here in this timeless space,
This pelvic floor.
Feel the elasticity,
Feel the gateway of how this space opens for all of us.
It is an opening,
It opens.
It has an energetic opening down below the pelvic floor,
Down below and below and below.
Start to feel this column of space below your pelvic floor.
What's it like to linger down below in your imagination?
Shift your consciousness down below to this new space,
To this new place.
Notice this sense in this area way down below your pelvic floor.
Are you really alone?
Do you feel somehow a part of the whole?
Keep sensing below and revel in what it is you see.
Object,
Maybe it's a picture,
Maybe it's just space.
Taste it.
What's the color?
Feel the texture.
Enliven all your senses.
Capture this moment somewhere down in the hovering space below.
Somewhere way down.
I want you to hold yourself in the womb,
A small version of you in the womb,
Way,
Way down below.
The little,
The little you,
The little tiny baby curled into itself,
Cozy and warm,
Receiving the fluids and the juices of the universe.
Keep bringing your attention down as far as you can go down below.
This is a universal space.
There is no time,
No man-made time.
Just see this little baby.
Just allow the purity of the vision to penetrate through the body.
All this innocence,
This light-filled little being,
This such sweetness,
This sweet sweetness to penetrate in,
Up,
Through the first gate of the pelvic floor.
Like it's moving up,
Like an energy.
And it comes up to the second gate,
The solar plexus area.
Keep bringing it up.
It comes all the way up to the third.
All this sweetness,
This energy,
Notice how it's changing.
It comes up to the third gate,
To the top of the neck.
As though this little baby's purity and form and shape,
This innocence is penetrating each one of these gates with vibrant light,
With vibrant energy.
And don't forget,
You're still seeing this purity of this little being way down below your pelvic floor.
You can still connect down to that.
That's the root.
This little rooted being,
Right into the earth.
That's it.
Maybe you see this as actual earth,
Or maybe you see it as intergalactic space.
Space.
Space for our consciousness,
To our awareness.
And right from the core of this little being way down below,
Right from the core,
Right to the core,
Allow yourself to emit a soft humming sound.
Let that sound travel up from the little one down below,
Up through the three gates,
Communicating right up to the head.
And start to commune with the sound,
To commune with the sound with this baby.
Self,
Soul,
Commune with the sound of the music.
Commune with the sound of the body meeting itself,
Meeting the soul.
Just the soul.
Just the soul through sound.
Like a call,
The hum get louder.
Notice what you're receiving back.
Is there a felt sensation in your pelvic floor,
Or maybe you feel it in your solar plexus or the top of your neck?
Let the sound start to cleanse you,
To cleanse you and wash you.
Keep making the sound.
Maybe you want to open your mouth on a vowel.
Calling yourself,
Calling yourself home.
Just feeling the sense of soul,
The sense of this connectivity to this other space.
Stay with it.
Really feel it from your heart.
As we stay with our sound and the pleasure of not knowing,
We touch into our creation,
Our creativity,
Our utter core creation of being.
And we just allow that little baby in the womb way down below,
Just to start to see that baby as like a starlight,
Like a star that's lit up.
It's a little star.
It's a pointed star in all directions.
It's glowing in all directions.
Just see it like a star.
And I want you to imagine almost like there's a string hanging,
Like a kind of sacred cord hanging from your pelvic floor,
Down,
Down,
Down,
Down,
Down.
And at the end of that cord,
That sacred cord,
There's this little starlight.
It's ever so gentle,
And it's swinging from side to side.
It's just slow.
It's gentle.
It's not fast and furious.
It's so slow,
And it's swinging from the left to the right.
It's just swinging way down low.
You,
Yourself,
You start to shift on your cushion or your chair.
You start to slightly move the body from right to left,
Feeling,
Feeling as you do this,
Connecting to the star at the bottom of the cord,
Way down in the earth.
Start feeling the mobility of the pelvic floor as it kind of moves and responds to this movement,
Kind of like it knows itself from a long time ago,
Like it's always supposed to,
Meant to be here.
And it's real subtle.
And just notice as you tap into that movement,
Notice the diaphragm in between your ribcage,
The second gate.
It starts to move.
It can't help it.
It has to respond.
It's communicating.
It has its own way of responding differently.
It's not the same as the pelvic floor.
It's its own being.
Maybe the second gate diaphragm,
Maybe it's gliding.
Maybe it's differently moving.
Maybe the pelvic floor feels like it's sliding,
And maybe the second gate feels like it's creaking.
Maybe they're going in opposite directions.
You just be you and allow this movement to work its way through the heart center.
It's working its way up into the heart center.
Just allow this elasticity.
Allow this communication.
Work its way up into the heart.
Let it stroke like it's visiting.
It's like on a trip,
On a journey,
In a little car.
It's going by the heart.
It's like,
Say,
Hello,
Heart.
Hi,
Here I am.
The whole body coming alive inside,
The voice inside.
Maybe as it works its way up into the shoulders and into the chest,
Maybe you want to gently shimmy your shoulders a little bit.
Just shimmy those shoulders and feel the energy moving up.
If you shake the shoulders,
It'll really start to move it,
Especially if you have a lot of tension there.
Feel that mobility and feel that sea-like creature,
That soft,
Moving diaphragm start to open its way up.
It's opening up through the heart,
Through the shoulders.
It's informing the entire body,
The muscles.
It starts to move right up into the neck,
Into the base of the neck,
Where we meet the third gate,
Is at the top of the neck.
It's like you've been on this little train ride and you get all the way to the top of the neck.
What do you get there?
Do you notice?
Is it different?
Is it stuck?
Does it feel as fluid?
How does it want to move?
Does it want to sway?
Does it want to do circles?
Is it hesitant?
Maybe it really wants to move.
It just wants to feel itself free.
If you feel you lose sense,
Tap back into the pelvic floor.
Tap back into the second gate,
Pelvic floor,
First gate,
Second gate.
Let that inform this part of you and how it's moving.
How does this third gate want to move?
Just offer it a little bit of movement if it doesn't want to move at all.
Start to notice the center of your head,
Right into the center of your head,
And the distance between that and the pelvic floor,
And then below the pelvic floor,
All the way down to the little star.
Notice how they communicate all the way up to the head,
All the way down to the star.
Keep feeling the fluidity from above.
Feel the fluidity through the head center,
Through the chest,
Through the second gate,
Down through the belly,
Into the pelvic floor,
And down to the shining star,
All the way down.
Feel the alignment from way down below.
Feel the alignment you've just created in your whole body,
In your whole sphere.
Maybe you want to follow that sound.
Stroke all your gates like the fingers stroking the piano.
Feel the Russian dolls of you expanding,
Contracting.
I ask you in this space,
Who is it that you're striving to become and why?
Just take a breath.
If you have your eyes closed,
You'll want to just,
I think for everybody,
Just to get a sense of your body.
Feel your knees and your elbows and your head and your sits bones.
Feel your butt on the chair,
The cushion.
Feel your legs.
Feel your back and your spine.
And as you open your eyes,
Or if your eyes are already open,
Just kind of look around the room and notice three things in your space.
Chair,
Light bulb,
Throat spray.
And just notice where you are.
Notice how you feel.
And I'm going to encourage everybody,
If you're standing,
Maybe you want to sit,
But if you're seated,
You're going to butterfly your knees in and out.
And as you do that,
You're going to breathe.
So you're just bringing your knees in and letting them hang out.
Integration.
You can just breathe naturally now.
Feel the space below your pelvis,
Below your pelvic floor.
Feel how that connects.
When you do the butterflies with your knees,
Feel how you sort of connect to that.
And then you kind of bring it together when the knees come together and it kind of roots you inside the tummy and the body.
And then it kind of releases back down into that intergalactic space,
That spaciousness below.
And just two more.
Just stretching my back.
So from the perspective of who is it that you're striving to become and why,
There was a moment there with the sound where personally I kind of felt like I was in some kind of soul time,
Like I wasn't in man-made time.
And sometimes the answers to these questions are very different when we're there.
So maybe see if that question or that answer is different for you now than it was at the beginning of the session.
And for everyone here,
Our creativity,
Just to draw back to the beginning of the session,
To circle back and reflect back,
Our creativity is immense in places where we hold a lot of tension.
Our creativity is so informed by what's happening in our pelvis and our pelvic floor.
When we make space,
When we make space in our pelvic floor and we see that there's more to it than just definition that the doctors or the scientists gave us in the books,
We start to experience and feel that there is our own experience,
Our own knowledge,
Our own medicine,
Our own answer,
Very different than tension.
Even if you have immense tension there,
There's still life when we go there.
So I hope that that brought you to a different space and spaciousness of that part of your body and how you relate to it or you don't relate to it.
Thank you so much,
Anna.
Thank you,
Rachel.
Thank you,
Maureen.
Thank you.
The name of the music is My Friend Created It Just For Me for these sessions,
So I don't have it to sell or to give to you.
However,
It's probably good for me to mention I will be posting this session tonight on my profile.
This,
Well,
They won't post it for a couple of days,
But you can actually have this if you want from my page from,
What do you call them?
Guided Tracks.
I'll post this exercise specifically.
Thank you so much for your donation,
Almaz.
I really appreciate your donations,
Guys.
I really,
Really,
This is an important work,
An important world for me.
So I'll post the whole live session.
I'm going to post other live sessions that I've done.
I'm on a roll,
And I will post this particular exercise.
So if you want to check my profile over the week,
You'll see them slowly start to trickle in.
And if you'd like to join my group,
It's called Soulful Creative,
I'm sorry,
It's called Soulful Creative Expression.
It's a creative expression group,
And I'd love to have you there.
And if you're not following me,
Please come and follow me.
You can find me on social media as well,
Or my website.
And I wanted to thank Shannon Michael Terry,
Who creates most of the tracks for me.
And I'm really grateful because,
As I say,
We meet during the week and we discuss what the topic's going to be,
And he's just a genius.
So I feel so blessed to have these soundtracks to take us into our depths.
And if you enjoyed the session,
Please share with other people.
I'm still kind of new here,
And my work means a lot to me.
So,
So do you.
I thank you for being here,
And I hope that you have a wonderful rest of your evening day,
Week.
And I'll see you next Saturday at the same time.
Okay,
Everybody.
Bye.
Bye bye.
Thank you for the gorilla sounds.
Yeah,
They're right.
Oh good,
That's so good.
Okay.
Bye.
