In this meditation,
We are going to experience the body.
Experiencing the body means to experience all sensations,
Feelings,
And emotions that lie within it neutrally,
Without shame,
Without blame,
Without guilt.
Simply just experiencing.
So I invite you to find the normal rhythm of your breath,
Just allowing air to flow in and out effortlessly through your body,
And exploring what sensations,
Feelings,
Or emotions lie within it.
Sometimes we recognize these as pain,
Anxiety,
Or maybe they just feel overall a little bit weighted.
But this is your opportunity to explore.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose,
Experiencing the air traveling through your vessel,
In between your tissues,
Up into your heart space,
And just recognizing how your body feels.
And then as you exhale,
Fully surrender to the breath,
Letting it all go,
Feeling the air travel back down through your body and out into space.
Whatever shame,
Blame,
Pain,
Whatever you have once felt in your body,
We need to recognize that it is not the body's fault,
And the body is simply a vessel.
A vessel that is there to support you daily with anything that you do,
That is there to support your actions,
That is there to support any activities that you partake in,
Any ambitions that you have,
Any goals,
Any dreams.
Your body is simply a loving vessel there to support you.
And so when we allow ourselves to recognize where the pain lies,
Where we feel shame,
Or guilt,
Trauma,
Sadness,
Where we feel any of those emotions,
Sensations,
Or feelings,
We can allow ourselves to work through them and breathe through them,
Knowing that the vessel is not there to hurt us,
It is there to support us.
It is there to move us.
It is there to carry us through anything that we desire,
Any activities,
Goals,
Ambitions,
Anything that we desire.
It is purely a loving vessel full of love and full of support.
So next time you look at your body and feel shame,
Guilt,
Or throw blame on it,
Also recognize that it is not there to hurt you,
But it is there to hold you,
To support you,
And to move you.
Just take one big deep inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Just allowing yourself to come back to that normal breathing pattern,
Finding your center,
And allowing yourself to fully come back to the space and to the room that you're in right now.
Using this as a practice to reconnect with yourself and your loving vessel.
I hope you all have a beautiful day.
