Let's get into presence.

So much of our stress is caused by being in the future or in the past.

But our sweet bodies,

They can only exist in present time.

Our minds will often bounce from place to place,

Old stories and new.

But our physical bodies really like to be validated in present time.

They like to be checked in with and appreciated in the here and now.

So let's do that together.

Find a comfortable seat.

Upright if you can.

Feet on the ground.

You can wiggle your toes a little bit,

Roll your shoulders,

Open your jaw.

Take a few deep breaths.

Calling your full self here.

You can imagine,

Sense or feel a big beautiful magnet above your head,

Magnetizing your full self into present time.

And be friendly.

Notice if there are parts of you out in the future,

Back in the past.

Maybe you want to play.

Play with offering these parts of you a treat if they come and join you.

Being kind.

Breathing and bringing awareness to your breath.

Breathing and bringing awareness to your body.

Saying hello to this moment.

Being kind to you,

Your best friend.

Presence is a gift.

When we allow ourselves to become present,

We allow ourselves the full experience of the moment.

So imagine a gift right out in front of your heart.

Whatever it is that you need for you in this moment.

Maybe it's the gift of space.

Maybe it's the gift of relaxed awareness.

Maybe it's the gift of just taking a moment to check in on yourself.

Maybe it's a pony or a balloon or a big cookie.

Whatever it is right out in front of your heart.

I want you to just say hello to it.

Holding your attention.

Breathing long and deep.

Calling yourself in.

Being friendly.

Start to notice if this gift can open up for you.

Maybe there's a change in it that wants to happen.

A blossoming,

A growth,

An expansion.

Notice if you can create more space in this gift that you are creating for yourself.

And imagine,

Sense,

Or feel your gift receiving fresh,

Clean energy.

Energy from the cosmos.

Energy in support of this time and of this space.

And take a nice deep breath.

And then bring that gift into your heart.

Gifting yourself the present of presence.

And allow that spaciousness,

That time in the here and now,

To expand and to grow inside of you.

Breathing long and deep.

Allowing yourself to relax into receiving this moment.

Feeling yourself supported.

Imagine a big golden bubble above your head.

Let your bubble be beautiful and shiny.

Filling that in with gold and energy,

With nourishment,

With honey.

Allow yourself to open and receive this fresh energy into your body,

Into your being.

All the way down to the tips of your toes.

All the way deep inside of you.

And all the way out to your outer edges.

Take one more deep breath.

And start to wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Stretching.

Congratulations.

It's so fun to give ourselves the true gift of presence.

Enjoy your presence present.

See you soon.
