Good morning,

This is Hani and welcome to another meditation to create more productivity,

Generate more focus,

Motivation,

And joy and energy in your morning.

Waking up refreshed and ready to take on your beautiful day intentionally.

So reaching out your arms right to the top,

Taking a stand,

Breathing in and allowing yourself to open up your heart.

Open up your lower back,

Breathe in and as you exhale allow your breath to sink all the tensions and the soreness from the morning into the center of the earth.

Breathing into your body again,

Breathe in,

Stretching all the way out like a star.

And this time allow your spine to sway gently side to side,

Allowing any vertebraes that require to be cracked to be moved,

Allow themselves to be lubricated.

Beautiful.

Breathing in again,

Take a deep breath in.

Now this time allow the breath to follow through and over the shoulders and begin gently allowing your head to fall from side to side.

Mindful as each micro movement brings you more present to tune into your body and your beautifully vulnerable neck here today.

Breathing in,

Opening your chest and as you breathe in notice your head gently lift up,

Chin pointing slightly towards the ceiling.

Shoulders down,

Breathing in and exhale,

Relax.

Allowing yourself to take a deep breath in with arms right to this top stretch,

Breathing in.

And as you exhale draw a big circle around your body,

Clearing your space of any thoughts from yesterday.

Breathing in and vaporizing these thoughts into the left side of your body.

Exhale,

Bringing into your space from yesterday again and throwing that back to the left side of your space and vaporizing that.

And now breathing into the space around the right side of your body,

Breathe in.

And you want to clear all the contents of that space as well,

Breathing into that space and vaporize that too,

Watching the particles turn into molecules of vapor into nothingness.

And now allow yourself to notice what in your body is tense today.

So breathing in to your lower back,

Allowing that to circulate.

You may start finding a seated position as you allow your body to move in a way with the breath to release any tensions.

And if you don't have tensions just allow your palm to run over your thighs and your hip bones to send loving energy down your legs into the ground.

Exhale.

And now taking a deep breath into your analytical brain,

Your frontal lobe,

The part of you that judges and the part of you that experiences your reality and sets goals and expectations and just breathing into those spaces.

I want you to allow yourself to release this and allow yourself to let them go.

Exhale.

Breathing into those tensions.

You don't need to judge yourself or to pressure yourself or to even sleep-dry yourself to create and to do something that is naturally in flow.

And as you exhale allow any negativity or pressure or tension or pieces of energy that is non-conducive and non-contributive to you to be released and vaporized and to and bloom purple flames on the sites of your vicinity.

Breathe out.

And if you may be so inclined to actually be motivated by positive pressure or nudges or goals,

You may also allow yourself to let those subside for the moment.

Breathing in.

And let that go too.

Any attachment to form,

Any attachment to expectation.

Breathing into all of the places that you are so focused on doing it right,

Doing it specifically,

Precisely,

In a certain way.

Allow all of that to just be suspended and letting that go for now so that it doesn't have to clamp down and have the same rigidity.

As it is saved in your brain.

It could be better or it could be more open.

You can also invite the awareness of your subconscious mind to contribute to your productivity today.

So in places where you've been self-critical,

Self-loathing,

Self-whipping.

Breathing into those areas where there have been mean voices to self.

And notice that you have already matured,

Grown up,

Become more compassionate.

And that you no longer need to use the same tactics or techniques to force yourself to do anything reluctantly.

Breathing into the spaces where you feel like you have to,

You need to,

You should breathe in.

Behind your back,

Behind your ears,

Behind your shoulders.

Breathing into those areas of tension.

And allow yourself to exhale and release.

Any of those attachments to that.

Now allowing yourself to realize that your productivity can be very much in alignment to what you're meant to do today.

And it can come from a place of fulfillment,

Curiosity,

And choice.

So allow yourself to breathe into a beautiful,

Beautiful place of nourishing waters,

Imagining glistening lakes of fresh energy,

Lakes of fresh energy,

Rejuvenating sparkles of spiraling,

Healing,

Cozy,

Loving energy.

Breathing that from the bottom of your feet and allowing that to swirl around you like a double helix.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Moving up your chest,

Around your arms,

Embracing and cuddling you like a beautiful cocooned hug.

Breathing in.

And it's asking you to trust your creativity,

Trust your innovation,

Trust your drive,

And your productivity,

And your focus today.

So breathing into that inner column of focus,

Drive,

And heart-centered,

Heart-energized energy.

Breathe in and move that upwards into through your spine,

Through your throat,

And through the top of your head.

Allow yourself to notice if there's any energies that are in the way blocking this flow.

Breathing in to notice any tensions.

And allow all of that using one hand to grab all of it and the other hand to take it all and shake it out and throw it into a pile of blue and purple flames.

Allowing that to metabolize.

Allowing yourself to take a deep breath in again.

Now this time allowing that love and heart energy to move up through your brain.

Allowing your heart to open up,

Your chest to open up,

Your head to call on all of its faculties.

Breathing fresh oxygen,

Fresh energy into your brain now.

Breathe in and allowing your brain to open up.

Losing the grips of rigidity,

Losing the grips,

Loosening the grips of past structures.

Trusting that a reconfiguration can happen.

A reorganization can happen.

A reorientation can happen so that it can beautifully collect everything it's been working on in the subconscious and bringing that into an organized way to create forward moving actions into your day.

Breathe in and exhale.

Ground that energy into your present moment now.

Now what energy,

State,

Frequency and breath can you breathe in right now in order for you to be more productive with more ease,

Flow,

Fun,

Fulfillment and organic and natural action?

Breathe in,

Receive.

Opening up your body to receive more of the energy that you will embody today in your productive,

Creative flow.

Feel the contents of that energy.

What beautiful task,

Completion and action can we do,

Complete or be?

To flow through the day seamlessly,

To flow through the day with equanimity and neutrality so that we can return back to centeredness in between and through each task received.

Breathe in and allow yourself to feel what it feels like in your heart,

In your chest,

In your face,

In the back of your neck.

What joy,

What ease,

What connection can you embody in communicating with all those involved in your projects today?

To contribute to them and to allow them to contribute to you to make the tasks,

The actions and the communication easy,

Flowing,

Nourishing and productive for both of you and beyond and all of the teams involved.

Breathe in and send that compassion and love and that clarity through your teams and seeing all of that arrive in each heart that's connected to your work or the things that you're doing today.

Now allow yourself to take a deep breath in again,

Noticing any parts of you that is resisting,

Wanting to procrastinate,

Feeling that you don't have the necessary information or the impetus to move forward.

Breathing into all of that as energy and take that out of your file,

Take that out,

Out of your system,

Out of your back,

Out of your tensions and shake your body out and choose to destroy and uncreate those energies with your intention.

One,

Two,

Three,

And again,

One,

Two,

Three,

Breathe in,

Let it go.

Now breathe in again to productivity,

Motivation,

Focus and completion energy and allow that to center in your system,

Center in your heart and center in your entire being.

Grounding that right down into the center of the earth,

Right here,

Right now,

Breathing in through your heart,

Having nostrils on your heart and allow yourself to feel all of that expand into your body,

Expanding through your heart and be here with you right now and see it trickle into your week,

Into your month,

Into today and realizing that you can always come back here to top it up.

Remind yourself of the state and also remembering that it's a cumulative effect where you get to know yourself and get to work on,

Nourish,

Feed this energy of flow and focus anytime you bring loving,

Compassionate attention to it.

Forgive every moment that hasn't been this and let it go and transmutate and alchemize into love,

Compassion and support for you today.

Exhale and circling out,

Locking the state in a beautiful permeable membrane that allows you to float in a centered way through the actions and flow through each and every task today.

Breathing in,

Out with a vocal exhale,

Breathing in again,

Hold a tone and exhale and breathing in again.

Final exhale,

Thinking yourself,

Sending yourself gratitude,

Thanking your heart,

Your body for participating,

Your mind for letting go and trusting your soul and spirit and being and thanking yourself for being here doing this all the way until this moment.

Now go on and do your things with all the beautiful productivity and focus and motivation and see you tomorrow.
