Welcome to Revealed Mind.

My name is Diana Oskov.

I am a hypnotherapist and a rapid transformational therapist.

My mission is to empower individuals and organizations to elevate themselves to the highest potential and discover the fundamental principles and tools for living an effective,

Meaningful and truly abundant life.

Today,

I invite you to join me in this short grounding visualization practice.

It will help you to enjoy the present moment and feel reconnected to it with its richness of life and gratitude.

So make yourself comfortable sitting in a relaxing,

Comfortable position with your feet on the floor.

Your hands and feet are not quite touching.

You find yourself perfectly aligned within the moment.

You are in the ideal intersection of time and space where you effortlessly reconnect with a profound sense of balance whenever you need.

In this moment,

Close your eyes and focus on your body.

Feel the earth supporting you.

Now slowly move your focus to your breath.

Take a slow deep breath in.

Hold it for a moment.

And breathe out.

Take another deep breath in.

Hold it again for a moment.

And breathe out.

One last time.

Take a deep breath in.

Hold it for a moment.

And breathe out.

And as you exhale slowly,

Allow this drifting,

Floating,

Relaxing feeling to spread throughout your body.

At this moment,

Allow your breath to come back to its natural rhythm.

You are calm and full of gratitude and joy.

You are here and now.

At this moment,

I want you to imagine a robust and sturdy tree planted firmly into the ground.

Like a shepherd's tree or a walnut tree.

The roots of that tree are anchored deep,

Deep down into the earth and its elements.

Now see the crown of this tree and the leaves.

Those leaves are drifting away in the breeze.

And just like those leaves,

Thoughts will always come and go.

Feelings will always come and go.

Just like the seasons.

But from this anchored point of view,

We can step back from those thoughts and see them for what they are,

Rather than what we expect them to be.

Take your time and acknowledge those thoughts and feelings.

By acknowledging them and letting them go,

We can create a deeper connection with the mind.

A deeper connection with ourselves while remaining firmly rooted in the present moment and embracing all the different aspects of our lives.

In that moment,

You feel calm,

Grounded in real.

Enjoying the present moment makes you feel reconnected to it,

With its richness of life and gratitude.

Recharge with love,

Acceptance and freedom.

When you feel reconnected to the present moment,

You're slowly returning to full awareness.

At 5,

You feel your body,

Toes and arms.

At 4 and 3,

You have a sense of the room you're in and the noises around you.

At 2,

You can take a deep breath.

And at 1,

Whenever you're ready,

You slowly open your eyes.

Thank you for listening.

This concludes the short grounding visualization practice.

I'm Diana Oskov with Revealed Mind and I'm looking forward to our next time.
