Subtle cues for the body and breath.

I make the sounds loud or quiet inside myself.

Looking for the silence underneath the sound.

Looking for the background,

Ever-present hum of the world.

No big deal.

It's just a sound.

I am safe.

Breathe slowly.

Move your hands.

Eyes follow the hands.

The spirit,

The body and the mind unite.

If you would like to move forward in life,

Transform,

Drop old baggage,

Start fresh and release stuck emotions,

Move,

Move a lot.

Get circulation in all places,

Daily,

Many times a day.

Embody the flow.

Bring blood,

Warmth and loving attention to all of who you are.

The whole body and mind shift when we explore different ways of expression in our eyes.

Try shifting between curious and frowning eyes,

Focused and peripheral eyes.

Narrow and wide open eyes,

Soft and hard eyes.

Sometimes it is only in your mind.

It is not here,

It is not now,

It is not real,

At least not yet.

So just breathe.

You will not overthink and get lost in the ethers if you are placing your awareness on your breath.

Most thoughts are useless anyway.

When we go,

Our body stays,

Our breath stays,

Our emotions stay,

Our thoughts stay bound to the earth.

Therefore,

Use and play with the body.

Explore and enjoy your breath.

Feel and express the emotions.

Construct beautiful realities with your thoughts.

Live.

Breathe less frequently yet higher quality breaths.

Distinguish between a conscious inhale and your solar plexus when it rides a drama trigger which forces you to breathe.

You don't need permission to move,

Or to speak,

Or to breathe,

Or to leave.

Nothing external is a judgment of you.

Only you are judging yourself in your own mind.

You are unique.

You don't have to find a frame for yourself based on the frames of others.

Nothing has to be like other people.

You can use language differently.

You can use energy and gestures to communicate if it eases your spirit.

Easing of the spirit and the breath should be a priority.

It is the highest entity under which all others are less important.

Focus your attention on your eyes,

On your palms,

On your heart,

On your breathing,

And your center of gravity.

Then expand.

Life.

Ease.

Flow.

Growth.

Feel your body united.

Enjoy it when it is healthy.

Enjoy little moments and breath.

You are not missing out on anything.

You're not supposed to be doing more.

You can rest and enjoy this moment.

Feel the fluids in your body.

Feel their temperature.

A cold in-breath can cool them.

A sharp exhale can release pressure.

A silent breath can calm the turbulence.
