Hi there,
My name is Jillian Schecker.
Welcome to your guided meditation to help you get back into flow.
My intention today is to guide you back to yourself,
To the place within of inner knowing and wisdom,
To support you in reconnecting with yourself and with life,
And allow you to move more freely through each moment.
I'll ask you to think about what you might be willing to let go of.
Perhaps it's a feeling or an experience that you've been hanging on to.
Maybe it's a person or a relationship,
Or it could be a situation.
It also might be a perception or perhaps it's limiting beliefs that no longer serve you.
Whatever it is today,
The intention will be to let it go and make room for the things that you most desire.
Let's begin by getting comfortable,
Allowing your entire body to settle and relax comfortably.
Whether you're sitting or laying,
Just ensure that you're feeling as relaxed as possible.
When you're ready,
I invite you to close your eyes.
If this is not available to you,
You can simply place your attention on the floor in front of you.
If at any moment you need to readjust,
That's completely fine.
Let's begin by taking a nice big breath in,
Filling your lungs up with air and breathing out to release any tension in the body.
Take another big breath in and sigh it all the way out.
And now simply follow your breath in and out,
Allowing each breath to revitalize all of the cells within your body.
Beginning to relax into your position,
Into your body,
Wherever you are.
Turning your attention to any sensations that you're feeling.
Perhaps it's a sound or a temperature,
Or maybe it's even a taste.
With your eyes closed or barely open,
Begin to shift your attention from the world around you to your inner world and your imagination.
Allow your imagination to take you out into the woods for an adventure that will help you feel refreshed and cleansed so you can prepare yourself for all of your desires.
These woods are a special place where you can escape and feel safe.
The temperature is perfect.
It's your own private hideaway.
Pretend as if you're there now.
It's the perfect kind of day to be outside.
The weather is beautiful.
The temperature feels ideal.
Overhead,
The sky is a brilliant color of blue.
The sunlight surrounds you with healing light and warms your entire body.
The trees are magnificent and the woods are brimming with life.
It smells delightful.
Take a breath here and soak it all in.
Imagine yourself walking along a path.
Notice how it feels with the ground beneath your feet.
Paying attention to the sights and the smells.
Perhaps you feel some wildflowers brushing up against your arm.
And as you peacefully are walking along this path,
You begin to hear the sound of gurgling water.
Up ahead,
You notice a stream.
Beginning to make your way toward this stream,
You notice a boat in the stream.
Allowing yourself to move toward the boat in the stream.
Once you reach the water's edge,
Allowing yourself to release any baggage that you've been carrying along the way that no longer serves you.
Releasing this baggage and just allowing it to fall along the water's edge.
Allowing you to feel lighter and refreshed.
And begin to make your way into the boat.
Feeling light,
You pick up the oars and begin making your way up the stream.
You can hear birds chirping.
There's a warm breeze on your face.
The sunlight is peeking through the shadows of the leaves.
Everything feels beautiful.
You find yourself so in the moment and so relaxed that you begin to lean back into the boat and allowing it to support you.
Becoming so relaxed and filled with healing sunlight,
You decide to just let go of the oars.
Letting go of the oars and leaning back into the boat,
The boat begins to turn around and starts moving with the flow of the water.
Allow this feeling of flow to move through your entire body.
As you make your way down the refreshing stream of water,
Going with the flow feels exhilarating.
You feel invigorated with energy,
Relishing in each and every moment.
You begin to feel renewed trust in life to support you.
You're reminded that this flowing water gradually leads into a river that leads to an ocean filled with your dreams and intentions.
The sunlight streaming through the trees,
Casting shadows here and there,
The air tingling with warmth,
The wood sparkling with life.
Everything feels radiant as you come upon the source of your desires.
And as your boat effortlessly glides toward your intentions,
You see a word or message reflecting in the water.
As you get closer,
You start to make out what it says.
Take a few moments to sit with this message.
Should your mind wander,
Simply bring it back to the word flow.

Beginning to bring your awareness back from this extraordinary space.
Feeling lighter and more free and easy.
Each time you breathe,
Feeling completely restored from deep inside.
Feeling lighter and brighter with a complete willingness to trust in life.
Knowing that it is possible to go with the flow and that you are being supported.
Focusing on those desires and your intentions and continuing to let go of anything that isn't serving you.
Filling up with possibility.
And making room for all of the infinite possibilities before you.
And having come full circle,
It's time to come back from your woodland experience.
Simply noticing how your energy has changed,
Grown and expanded.
And also knowing that you can come back here at any time,
Again and again.
And each time you do,
Your experience will deepen and grow.
Whenever you're ready,
Beginning to stretch and move your fingers and toes.
Feeling full of life,
Trusting and supported.
