Welcome to a Conscious Connected Breathing Session. In this transformative experience, we will embark on a journey of self-discovery and relaxation. Breathe with me as we dive deep into the power of breath, reconnecting mind, body, and spirit. As you settle in your mat with the knees bent, feet on the ground and your head flat in your mat, allow yourself to fully embrace the present moment. Throughout this session, I will guide you in expanding your breath, through a breathing pattern. With each inhale and exhale, you will cultivate a profound connection with yourself,  promoting self-healing. So let's begin this extraordinary journey together by simply breathing, trusting that the breath will lead us towards a state of profound relaxation and inner peace. Welcome.

My name is Alejandro.

This is a Conscious Connected Breathing session.

In this session,

I will guide you by doing a breathing pattern in which you consciously use your diaphragm and your chest to help you take deep breaths.

The way we're going to breathe is by taking a deep breath as our belly expands,

Then taking a second inhale in your chest,

Expanding our respiratory system fully.

Then,

We will exhale without any effort.

We'll continue this pattern in a circular rhythm.

That means there are no pauses between the inhale and the exhale.

We will breathe as follows.

Body is relaxed,

Belly and chest open,

And we'll continue breathing in this way for about 10 minutes.

You might experience lightheaded or tingling sensation.

This is perfectly normal.

After the 10 minutes,

We'll finish with a release of energy in the form of a scream or any other loud sound that resonates with you.

We'll focus on opening and unblocking breathing patterns,

Allowing us to breathe more openly and effectively.

An open breath is correlated to the good that we can accept in life.

As we open and expand our breath,

Not only we have more energy and support for our body's natural healing abilities,

We open more our capacity to receive and experience more good.

To the degree of when our breath is more open and flowing,

We are in the flow of life.

We'll begin by finding a safe space,

Lying down with our knees bent,

Feet on the ground.

You can use a pillow under your knees to make you more comfortable.

Rest your head flat on your mat.

You might want a blanket and an eye mask.

We'll start with an opening invocation.

I am presence in this breathing session.

I call my higher selves and divine action to go on this journey with the love and energy of my own breath.

As you lie down on your mat,

Start by visualizing an intention for this breathing session.

What is something you want more in life?

Know that you can manifest your intention here with the power of your own breath.

We begin the session by opening our breath.

Put a hand on your abdomen and take a deep breath.

Mouth open,

Feel how your belly expands.

Then take on a second breath,

Feeling your upper chest.

Then,

Without pausing,

Exhale quickly with no effort.

Begin the cycle again.

Be sure to emphasize the inhale and relax during the exhale.

Continue breathing in this fashion.

Remember not to pause between breaths.

You may experience some resistance in the beginning,

But continue breathing in this way.

Open your belly,

Open your chest,

And relax during the exhale.

Repeat in your mind how beautiful it is to breathe,

How easy it is to breathe.

It is perfectly safe to feel your body and your feelings.

Continue to relax in each breath and allow your breath to breathe you.

If your mind starts to wander,

I invite you to come back to your body and be conscious of the way you breathe.

Allow yourself to breathe and receive this beautiful ball of life in your belly and your chest.

And remember to relax during the exhale.

You are almost done.

Remember,

At the end of the session there will be a big scream.

I will count down to 5 and when I say 1,

Just gather all the energy that you have and release it with a big scream or any loud sound that resonates with you.

Aaaaaaah Continue breathing normally and experience a new sense of calmness and awareness in your body.
