It's another beautiful day.
It's windy.
So either it's because a part of me is kind of passively resisting doing the dynamic meditations or I need to find out another way to do it.
So Marianne says no sound.

You might have been on Insight Timer for a long time,
But maybe it's the first time with us,
With this circle.
OK,
So Marianne,
You fixed the problem.
I just I woke up directly from a dream.
And I love when I do that because it means that,
You know,
I've been in a deep sleep and I've been in a lot of REM sleep and the dream was so clear.
And as I mentioned,
I think it was the other day and also yesterday about the journaling in the morning,
The journaling in the evening,
Just a couple of minutes on my voice recorder.
And I love the clarity because as soon as you just remember one element from the dream,
Then I remember several.
And right while I'm sharing this with you,
I'm seeing a part of the dream which I'm really interested in finding.
I have two people that I can reach out to in regards to dreams.
I know a lot about dreams,
But mainly how to interpret them in our own inner relationship to ourselves.
But why I'm really,
You know,
Interested in this part was that it was like,
Do you remember when we were kids and we built these airplanes out of these small plastic parts that were like in this thing where we had to break them out of it?
Remember that?
This was like two keys inside that,
Like a normal one and then a small one.
And it had like a stamp,
I don't remember what the stamp,
Like a pressure stamp.
So I'm having the feeling inside of me,
Because it was a dream that I had to do also with,
With losing something that I gained,
But that wasn't mine.
And a relief,
But also like a new start because everything was stripped.
And then these keys as if I had to find,
You know,
I love it.
I love it.
So welcome,
Everybody.
This is our daily session.
And welcome,

This is a 365 day process.
This is day 250.
So we've actually been live here.
I think that we've had two times because of technical issues.
And one time that I skipped or I forgot because of the time difference.
But anyhow,
There are 250 recordings.
And it's been wonderful.
And it still is wonderful.
It's definitely something that I appreciate.
And I do not want to be without every day.
So thank you to you guys for co-creating that.
I want to follow the meditation string that we left yesterday evening,
Which means to go deeper.
And what does go deeper mean?
It means to,
For me,
And you will experience what it means to you,
Because it doesn't matter whether you're new to meditation or you've been practicing for many years.
Sometimes it's actually better to be new because we get these ideas and convictions and experiences of what meditation is.
And sometimes,
At least for me,
The most noticeable thing is that I keep on standing in my own way.
It's like the part of me that keeps on wanting to hold on to who I think I am and what I think I am keeps looping in the same pain spirals,
The same behavior where I'm like,
There's so much more to life than me spiraling around these same patterns.
Do you know what I'm talking about?
If we notice our lives,
And it's scary how much automatism there is in our thoughts,
We reuse around 90% to 93% of all of our thoughts.
Nothing new.
And that's even the 7% that's even a lot.
And the same with our patterns throughout the whole day.
It's the same and the same and the same.
So why are we doing this?
Why not go deeper?
So that's what we're going to be practicing once again.
Airfix models,
Kristi shares.
That was what I was mentioning earlier.
And Caroline sharing,
It's only after we've lost everything that we're free to do anything.

Kristina and Linder as well.
All right,
Guys,
Let's get to it.
For these meditations where we practice going deeper,
I do recommend to close your eyes.
You can do it with open eyes as well.
But when going deeper,
It's better to have our curiosity,
Our attention,
Our consciousness on what's going on inside of us.
And the truth is that,
At least for me,
When we start going deeper,
There is no inside or outside.
It's all us.
So let's start out by just letting go of whatever tensions we might have in our body or in our mind.
Getting comfortable in the chair or the pillow or the couch where we are sitting.
And also notice whether you feel better leaning backwards and getting some more support.
If you have that,
Just do that.
We're not here to follow any specific protocol.
We're here to explore amongst friends.
And everything we feel and everything we do in these sessions is what is supposed to be felt and be done.
With other words,
You can only do everything right.
Let's take in a couple of deep breaths as if we were preparing to dive deep.
Relaxing our body as if we were preparing to sink into deep water.
Especially relaxing your eyes.
Sometimes it can help to just lift your eyebrows a bit and just open your mouth a bit so you have some air between your lips and your teeth.
And let the tongue relax with the tip of the tongue on the teeth in the bottom of your mouth as if the head was sinking down and into the body.
And if you do notice any tension or restlessness or anything like that,
Just take note of it without doing anything about it.
Acknowledging it.
And any time you feel like changing your body posture,
Just go ahead and do that.
Deep breath along out breath.
Just let your in and out breath be very soothing,
Very calm and soft.
Just move your attention to what you're sitting on and what you're hearing and the energy you're feeling.
The whole shebang,
The whole experience that you're having right now.
This is where we're entering the magical thinking,
The door that can open up to a deeper and connecting experience.
What if you are the chair or the pillow as well?
You are the chair as well or the pillow you're sitting on.
That is you too.
Imagining that the air you breathe in is you as well.
You are the air that you breathe in to you.
You are the sounds as well.
You're even this voice.
The sounds away from you are you as well.
You are the room that you are sitting in.
You are the animals that might be in your apartment or house.
You are everything.
You are the people that are around you.
Everything you can see within your inner eye,
Everything you can feel and think about is you.
You are your dreams too.
You are soul too.
You are your stories and your emotions and thoughts,
Your convictions.
You are everything.
You are the silence.
You're the sound of your breathing.
You are the air you breathe out,
Relaxing our eyes and just hearing ourselves within ourselves,
Saying the sentence,
Words that can be practiced throughout the day.
In any given moment,
Whenever you experience something or anything,
Hearing yourself say on your in-breath,
I am,
And on your out-breath,
Everything.
I am,
On the in-breath,
Everything.
Let the breathing be so soft and gentle,
Peaceful,
Honest.
Let's just sit for a moment in silence before we thank everything.
Slowly just start moving your body,
Circling the shoulders,
Moving the head,
Wiggling the toes,
Maybe even stretching.
I am everything.
I think the reason for this meditation showing itself today is that we as humans feel very individualized and very lonely at times.
And what is really becoming clearer and clearer for me is that everything,
Everything,
Is about the stories I tell myself about reality,
The stories I tell myself about reality,
Which are stories.
And when waking up to understanding this,
It means that I have a possibility.
And the wonderful thing is that this does not cost anything.
This is a self-practice,
A self-inquiry,
Where we can wake up to us being so much more than we think we are.
So by starting to practice and believing that whatever I experience,
It's me,
I remember many,
Many,
Many years realizing that the whole universe only exists within me.
Everything that we experience,
All our stories,
Is in here.
And we see it out there.
If I was to become unconscious,
Hit my head,
Or if I died,
Then everything would disappear.
Everything.
It's not like I know that something else is going to continue.
I have a conviction,
A belief system around it.
So being curious and just noticing,
What is this world that I've created?
How am I manifesting this world?
And that's the crazy thing about it,
That we can manifest.
And we manifest every day.
Sometimes we just feel victimized as if we don't have any saying.
Caroline is sharing,
Your perspective is either you or power or your prose or your prison.
So whenever we feel imprisoned,
And I know that this isn't easy.
That's what we do in 365 days,
Right?
If it was easy,
We would just say,
Ah,
Yeah,
Sure.
And then that would be it.
But it's not.
So I can feel something,
As I mentioned yesterday,
And also today,
It's something pulling me towards that everything that I'm doing,
My whole identity around psychotherapy and skateboarding and parenthood,
And all of that is beautiful.
What are the other doors?
What is the other experience of this reality that I can create?
I know that when we do these deep processes in Sweden,
On the retreats,
It's like entering a different world.
It's like,
How can this also exist?
I mean,
You probably had these experiences where you're just so doubt-founded.
You're just so surprised by yourself because you didn't think that you could experience emotions or connection like you were doing on this retreat that you attended or this seminar or whatever.
And it's like we get this glance of,
Wow,
I can feel this,
I can experience this.
And then it's like Pac-Man,
The day-to-day things,
Right?
But we are the Pac-Man.
We are everything.
We are the ones going back to the old patterns.
So the waking up part,
The waking up,
Which means to everyday practice,
And I can really feel that this is something that I have in store.
This is something that I'm looking forward to practicing a lot more.
The in-breath,
I am.
The out-breath,
Everything.
So everything that appears,
Everything that manifests,
And I will be practicing with everything.
I can feel that.
Because if I am everything,
Why the contraction?
Why the additional suffering?
I know that it's not going to be pain-free,
But hopefully it's going to be pain-less.
I don't know.
It's an experiment,
Right?
And we're the ones in charge of that when it comes to ourselves.
So we're about to finish off,

Caroline is sharing,
The monotony of my job has been getting me lately.
What if you were the monotony?
What if you were your work?
What if you are everything,
Caroline?
So I would be curious to challenge myself on these different stories that I hear myself saying,
Because it gives me a different perspective.
I'm completely respecting that we all have our stories and that this might be kind of a romantic way to see things,
But I truly believe and feel in my body that this is a path I need to walk.
Maybe that is those two keys I was sharing about in the Airfix kind of setup with the aluminum.
It was like kind of silver.
Maybe those two keys from my dream.
Yeah,
I can feel that there's something.
And the funny thing is that I'm just convincing myself,
You know.
But it's beautiful because as long as it moves me towards more happiness,
Being more healthy,
Being more joyful,
Being more willing to feel everything and share everything with you guys and everybody else,
Why stand in the way of that?

And I say long stretch,
But 365 days,
They really,
You know,
It seems like the days are just passing so fast.
And this whole thing is about us practicing every day.
I tell myself that if I want to change something,
I've got to do something.
And when I want to do something,
I've got to do it every day.
Because I know that if I,
You know,
Just like with my push-ups,
Starting with one every morning and now I can do a lot.

There is this circle that I can recommend.
There's a lot of different sharings in there.
I've personally been practicing a lot on being willing to share everything lately.
With you guys being,
You know,
Showing.
I'm not showing vulnerability.
I'm just not standing in the way of me expressing the emotions that arise in the present moment with you guys.
And it's only because I feel so safe inside myself and with you that I'm allowing that.
So what if I can take that and do it in more relationships,
Which I have been doing lately.
My relationship with my brother is radically improved from when I shared like two years ago.
Maybe some of you remember.
You know,
My relationships with my wife and my kids,
With my daughter.
We are home alone again,
My youngest.
So it's like when you build on yourself,
Your own relationship to yourself,
It applies,
You know,
It starts affecting all relationships because we are everything.
So the peace inside of us,
The calm,
The honesty with ourselves,
It starts affecting everything.
So thank you,

Just asking,
Did I miss here or did you say that you believe that when you cease to exist,
Then everything ceases to exist or something to that extent?
Or was it the opposite?
The insight that I had was that I was like,
Suddenly it dawned on me that everything that I believe in,
You know,
All the convictions that I have,
All of what I'm seeing and perceiving to be the universe and the existence is only inside of me.
And we all have this,
Right?
So we have this shared understanding of what the world is to some extent because we have different perspectives on religion.
Some people think that the earth is flat,
Others round.
But we have,
Like,
I'd say,
Best cases around 80% of the same belief system.
So what I just realized was that this is inside of me,
Which meant that I started also understanding that in order to,
While I live,
Experience more harmony,
It would benefit me to start embracing everything,
Believing in everything.
So I started doing that.
I started believing in everything.
So whenever anybody was telling me anything,
I have this cousin of mine talking about other galaxies and messages that he's relaying onto others.
And even though I have some kind of contraction inside of me,
I'm still believing it because that is his reality that he's sharing with me.
So that is me as well.
I hope it makes sense.
In here it makes sense.
