Transcript

Let's start by making sure your spine is straight and over your hips and your shoulders and neck are relaxed.

And start taking some deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

See if you can lengthen your exhales.

And on your next exhale,

Gently close your eyes and return to normal breathing in through the nose and out through the nose.

Now let's travel your attention down to the center of your chest.

If it helps,

You can gently place one or both hands on your chest,

Really trying to bring all of your attention down into the center of your chest.

Notice the impact this has on your body with a warm and kind attention.

Now let's transition to imagining we're breathing in through the chest and out through the chest.

As you breathe in,

Hear a gentle whisper in your mind of,

Let love in.

And as you breathe out,

A gentle whisper of,

Let love out.

And let love in.

.

.

And let love out.

No need to control the breath,

Just repeating,

Let love in and let love out at your own pace.

Let love out.

Let love out.

Let love out.

Let love out.

Let love out.

And we'll let that go.

Bring your awareness to the sounds around you.

Sense what sort of light you can see coming through your eyes with your eyes closed.

And then when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.
