Come into a comfortable resting position and close your eyes.

Begin by slowing down your breath.

Take deeper inhales and longer exhales.

Maintain a little bit of effort to hold your body upright but with a relaxed easiness.

Notice if there are any sounds you can hear around you.

They might be close or further away in the distance.

Notice if there is a particular smell or aroma.

Become aware of your sense of smell in this moment.

Notice the temperature of the room and how that feels for your skin.

Bring your awareness to your physical body.

Notice where your sit bones touch the ground.

Notice where your arms touch your legs.

Become aware of your shoulders and how they gently drop away from your ears.

And your face.

Space between your brows becomes smoother.

Your eye sockets soften.

And your tongue.

And the whole front of your body.

Soft.

Start to notice any sensation that you feel in your body.

Sense any areas that want to soften.

Where there might be holding or tension.

You might scan your body and notice any areas you feel tingling or vibration.

Or anywhere you sense some discomfort.

Whatever sensations arise,

Allow them to be there.

Exactly as they are.

Your body like a field of sensation.

Bring your attention to your breath.

Let your breath be natural.

Allow your body to breathe itself.

Notice where breath is felt in your body.

Your upper lip.

The back of your throat.

In your chest or belly.

And feel how breath subtly moves your body.

And begin to rest inside these subtle movements and sway of your breath.

Sense the possibility of relaxing with the flow of your breath.

Dissolving from the inside out.

Your mind will do what it's meant to do.

And thoughts will come.

When you notice you've drifted off into thought.

Relax back here.

One thought after the other.

Return to this experience in your body.

There is nothing in this moment that you need to change.

Your awareness of this experience is enough.

Period.

Teapiece is negative and allletal is Promotion.
