Transcript

Hi beautiful soul.

Settle into a comfortable seated position and close your eyes and take a couple of deep breaths into your lower belly.

Deep inhale and as you exhale let go.

Let go of everything what you experienced today,

The day before,

Your plans,

What you want to do,

And drop into the present moment.

Deep inhale and as you exhale soften your body.

Relax your forehead,

Your jaw,

Your shoulders.

Release your belly and your hips.

And now I want you to find your own natural breathing rhythm.

Simply breathe as you breathe.

There's no right or wrong.

Do not manipulate something about your breath.

Do not force it.

Allow your breath to flow naturally through the body and simply observe how does your body wants to breathe today.

And allow your awareness to flow with your breath all the way in and all the way out.

If thoughts are entering your consciousness,

Simply observe and let them flow.

Let them go.

There's nothing wrong about it.

Simply allow.

Allow your mind to turn away.

Allow your mind to be busy.

Become aware of it and direct your consciousness back to your breath.

Now I want you to activate your senses.

Perceive your breath through the senses.

Do not use your language system that is connected to the mind.

Activate the senses to feel your breath within.

Dropping into the body.

And I want you to do a little check-in.

Perceive your skin.

How's your skin feeling right now?

Maybe you can feel how air is touching your skin.

And I want you to tune into the tingling,

Glowing and buzzing sensations of your body.

Feeling your skin.

And drop deeper into your muscles.

And perceive your muscles with your senses.

And if you can't feel your muscles,

Simply observe the numbness without any judgment.

And drop deeper into your organs.

And deeper into your bones.

And simply direct your awareness into your bones.

And drop even deeper into your vibrational frequency.

Into the space in between your psyche.

And tuning into your emotional tone.

What is alive inside of you right now?

And simply observe what wants to be seen.

What is arising?

Infusing your awareness with curiosity.

What can you sense within the body?

Maybe you can feel a tightness or a warmth,

A tingling.

Something wants to move.

Maybe something is stuck there.

And can you just observe without any judgment.

And allow.

Allowing the sensations just to be there.

Do not manipulate something about how you feel.

Do not create something else.

Simply observe and watch what is arising,

What is moving through the body.

And welcome.

Welcome every sensation,

Every emotion,

Every part of you.

This is an exploration of the present moment.

If your body feels tired,

Allow the body to be tired.

If the body feels exhausted,

Allow the body to be exhausted.

The body has a good reason to feel that way.

And I want you to notice your body in a really soft way.

And rest your attention on areas of interest.

For example,

If you notice your heart region seems numb or closed,

You can rest your attention here and wait.

See how things shift just by paying attention,

Just by being present.

Our unconditional presence is healing.

And notice how the body is responding when you simply rest your attention on a certain area.

Does your body open or contract?

Or is it neutral?

And stay with what comes up.

Allow your emotions to just be without any judgment.

Allow them to flow and to find its own natural way.

Acceptance and presence makes a difference.

And practice to allow,

To let it flow,

To let it go.

And if you feel an intense emotion is coming up,

Maybe you want to place your hand on this area and transmit the message through your hands.

I'm here.

I'm here with you.

I hear you.

I see you.

And I feel you.

Make sure you're responding to your emotions with love and compassion,

How you would do it for a beloved friend.

What is the message contained?

And how can you respond in a way that allows the emotion,

The feeling to release?

Now,

I welcome every part of you.

Emotionally fluid.

And surrender.

Surrender to the motion in your body.

Surrender to the flow of life.

Synchronizing with the pulse of mother nature.

Noticing the earth beneath you.

And releasing every single ounce of resistance in your body.

Allow the earth to hold you in fully.

Melting into the ground.

And now I want you to let go of the concept of forms and shapes,

Any kind of limitation.

Stretching your mind.

Stretching your consciousness.

And melt into the earth.

Feel her pulse.

And synchronize with the pulse of mother nature.

Allowing her to hold you in fully.

Trust and surrender into her arms.

As more you trust and let go of any control,

Of any resistance,

As more she's guiding you.

Being held takes courage.

It takes faith.

It requires that you allow yourself to let go of control.

And relying on your own strength.

Melt into the earth.

And let go of any tension in your body.

Emptying yourself.

Give it all to the mother.

The ground underneath.

And allow her to transform you.

She's holding space without any judgment.

Nurturing and holding you fully.

Trust and surrender.

Here you are safe.

Here you are held.

And slowly,

Slowly,

Allow your breath to deepen itself.

Being aware of the transition.

And using your breath to slowly arrive back into the space.

Take your time.

And as you feel ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Welcome back.
