So now that you are outside,
Tune into the sound of my voice and allow the sound of my voice to connect you with yourself.
Let this be in deep support of what you really need.
Yes,
And just connecting with that in your awareness already there's a dropping in.
So as you find your way here in nature,
I recommend that you slow down.
And so you might be walking or you might be in one place,
But wherever you are,
Slow down so that you open more bandwidth to notice,
To sense,
And to feel.
And maybe there will be times where you move faster or slower,
No problem.
Do what you need to give yourself space,
To open,
To be curious,
And to feel what's alive in this present moment.
So you might even take a big deep breath,
Let out a sigh.
And here we'll open each of your senses,
One at a time.
So I wonder what it would be like now if you consciously open your sense of hearing.
And if you're listening to me on earphones or headphones,
Maybe you remove one of them or even both of them and just pause to open your sense of hearing.
And then attune and feel what is it like to hear the loudest thing near you.
Can you also notice what it's like to hear the softest thing?
What is the furthest away sound that you can hear right now?
What is the closest sound that's here in this moment?
And notice what sensations show up in your body as you open your sense of hearing.
And as you notice what you hear,
Ah,
Yes,
And now if you maybe stay curious about hearing,
But now also invite a big deep breath to bring fresh air in through your lungs,
Ah,
And at the same time check in with your sense of smell,
Yes,
As you huff in the air around you.
What do you smell?
And how quiet everything else gets,
Tuning into smell.
And I wonder if there might be some smells that you can identify and perhaps smells that you can't identify.
If you're not sure what exactly they are.
Just notice how much information there is in smell right where you are here.
And if you are walking or moving around,
Notice how the smells may change.
You might even like to choose something and go right up and sniff it,
Or not,
It doesn't matter.
Yes,
Enjoy being able to smell,
Yes,
And maybe you continue to stay in contact with that sense of smell,
Alive in every moment.
And now I invite you to take another deep breath and bring air in and out through your mouth,
Ah.
When the air comes into your mouth,
I wonder is there a taste that shows up on your tongue?
And sometimes the sense of taste might come from inside your mouth,
From your own body or something you ate recently,
And that's welcome here.
And there might also be a taste of the air around you or something else around you.
What a mystery to discover freshly how close your sense of taste is to your sense of smell.
Maybe you can feel that right now,
Yes,
And maybe you can feel how they're different from each other as well.
That's right,
And whatever you notice is just right.
Just by noticing,
Naturally you open,
And you can be with what's fresh here just for you,
Yes.
And perhaps staying with that,
I invite you also to check in and attune your sense of seeing.
I wonder what it would be like if you look up,
And what about if you look down?
Or perhaps you might like to look at something up close in careful detail.
Or maybe you prefer to look at something far away,
Far away and maybe even bigger.
And just check in with how your body responds to each of these little inquiries,
And how there might even be opinions about what you see or how you're showing up.
Yes,
Whatever you notice,
It's all welcome here,
But continue to focus your attention on sensing with each of your senses right now,
With your sense of seeing.
So even if the mind comes in,
You're present now,
Available to see,
As if you've never seen this before.
And I wonder if you can somehow open your peripheral vision,
So maybe you place your eyes to look at one thing and just check how wide can you see out of your eyes.
I don't know,
Is it possible for you to see even somehow behind you,
Even though you're looking forward?
Check,
Find out.
Yes.
And when that feels complete,
Do the opposite.
Narrow your focus like a laser onto something very specific and let everything else be blocked out.
And notice how that feels,
How your body may respond.
That's right.
And then you can let all of that go and just notice natural sight,
Spontaneous seeing.
All the colors and shapes,
Textures,
All the light,
All the dark.
This beautiful sense of seeing.
Yes,
And if you haven't already,
This is a good moment to touch and feel,
To open this sense of physical touch.
So I don't know if there's something you might like to reach out and touch and feel.
And whatever you touch,
Let it touch you back.
Remember that touch is a whole body experience,
So what is it like to touch with other parts of your body,
Your arms,
Your shoulders,
Your head?
Perhaps your face might touch something,
Even touching the air around you,
Your legs,
Your feet,
Touching.
And also your back,
Your belly,
All aware of this sense of touch.
Yes,
You're free to explore touch organically in the way that feels just right to you.
And along with the sense of touch,
I don't know if you might also be aware of energy,
If you can feel energetic touch right now.
And if you can't,
No problem.
And if you can,
Be curious about that.
Where exactly is it that you end and nature begins?
And is it possible that all of these senses that you've opened are also open in nature?
Looking back at you,
Completely alive,
Right now,
What is it like to receive nature's gaze on you,
Nature's love in you?
And where exactly is the boundary between you and nature,
If it is there at all?
Whatever you notice,
Again,
It's just right.
And if you like,
You can now let all of this go.
Let all your effort fall away.
And simply be yourself,
Connected,
Naturally,
Right where you are.
Hmm.
Yes.
So this is the part where my voice will end.
But you don't.
And I sure hope that you stay with yourself here.
Enjoy.
And let yourself be connected.
