I invite you to join me for this meditation designed to open your heart and hold compassion for all beings. As we open our hearts and cultivate love, we lift the vibration of not only ourselves, our loved ones, those that challenge us, our communities, but for the planet as a whole. I hope this meditation supports you in elevating your vibration and feeling safe to open your heart a little bit more.

Thank you so much for joining.

Just take a moment here and connect in.

Find a quiet,

Comfortable place to sit or to lie down.

And let's just take a moment to ground,

To center,

And connect to everything that's going on within the body without judgment,

Just being with what is.

Start by taking a deep inhale through your nose and a nice,

Deep exhale out through the nose.

Deep inhale,

Deep exhale.

One more deep inhale,

Deep exhale.

And just take a moment here to settle in and just observe anything and everything going on inside.

No judgment,

No shooting,

No forcing,

Just allowing and meeting yourself right here,

Right now,

Just as you are.

Sometimes our minds tell us that it should all be different,

Or it should all look a certain way.

And we forget to connect to the innate wisdom that's in the body and the remembrance that our body knows what to do.

And how can we connect deeper to the wisdom that lives within each of us and allow ourselves to be just as we are without any attempts to overwrite it or make it different?

Continue to just focus in on yourself in this way.

And from here,

Thinking about any movements your body may need as you're in this stillness,

Maybe putting a hand on the heart or a hand on the belly,

Maybe placing your palms up or placing them down upon your knees.

Just take a moment and do anything that feels intuitive to bring an anchor in a deeper sense of calmness and intention within the body.

Begin by focusing deeper on yourself again,

Returning to this space within again and again throughout this meditation.

And in your mind,

I want you to say or think the following.

May I be happy.

May I be healthy.

May I live with ease.

And may I be safe.

And just feel that in your heart center.

Feel that intention,

The simplicity of this need,

Of this right.

I invite you to repeat this again slowly with intention and just allowing feelings of love and kindness to just flow in towards yourself.

May I be happy.

May I be healthy.

May I live with ease.

May I be safe.

Just taking a moment here to integrate this into the body.

Continuing to return to your breath and gently check in.

No judgment,

Just observing.

Just allowing.

Just trusting.

I now invite you to shift your focus to another,

Someone that you love or care for deeply.

This could be a family member,

It could be a friend,

Could be your intimate partner.

And I invite you to direct the same intention towards this person.

May you be happy.

May you be healthy.

May you live with ease.

May you be safe.

Continue to just allow your breath to flow as you integrate these words and you open up your heart center to feel the power of this intention and the power of your words.

Again,

Maybe placing a hand on your heart or a hand on your belly,

Anything that feels intuitive to you as you anchor in this intention for the person you love.

I now invite you to think of someone you have neutral feelings for.

Perhaps it's a colleague or an acquaintance.

It could be the mail carrier,

The cashier at the grocery store.

It could be anyone,

Just someone neutral.

And I invite you to again repeat your intention for this person.

May you be happy.

May you be healthy.

May you live with ease.

May you be safe.

Settling in,

Allowing this intention to integrate,

Feeling the opening of your heart amidst tremendous capacity as you allow yourself to truly be in body and truly open up to the wisdom,

To the abundance,

To the healing,

To the intelligence of the heart.

I now invite you to think of someone that you have a more complex relationship with.

Someone where you may hold resistance or negativity.

And I invite you to extend the same intention towards them.

May you be happy.

May you be healthy.

May you live with ease.

May you be safe.

Allow the resistance to decrease and just move through your body as you connect more fully to your higher self,

Allowing your soul to guide you into this alignment of love,

Into the compassionate,

Caring,

Open-hearted,

All of those qualities coming forward and leading and guiding you,

Creating that safety within so that you can extend it outwardly in all of your relationships.

And finally,

We're going to expand this intention to include all living beings.

May all beings be happy.

May all beings be healthy.

May all beings live with ease.

And may all beings be safe.

And just take a few deep breaths here as you remember your unique light and contribution to this world and how as you align with love,

You become a powerful invitation for others to remember who they are.

And may we all remember who we are underneath the layers,

The challenges,

The complexities,

And connect to the truth,

The consciousness,

And the love that we all hold and relate to within each other.

This meditation will support you in cultivating deeper remembrance towards the love,

Compassion,

And well-being towards yourself and others.

When we can feel each other,

We open to each other.

But this begins with feeling ourselves and being willing and ready to feel what's living inside and letting that be reprocessed in the most loving way so that we can clear any trauma,

Any challenges,

Any hardening that we're holding in the body and lead with love.

When you're ready,

Just gently come back into your space,

Just gently wiggling your fingers and toes.

And when you're ready,

Just gently open your eyes,

Feeling more grounded,

More peaceful,

More open than before.
