This unique meditation combines a stress relief session and Chakra balancing Meditation. TFT or Thought Field Therapy combines eye movements, tapping, and vocalizations to release stress. Some of the tapping points are similar to EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) but TFT targets specific emotions or symptoms. This meditation focuses on Anxiety to decrease stress levels. The TFT session can also reduce symptoms of Fear or Phobias. There are other sessions for Anger, Pain, Fatigue, and Depression. The Chakra balancing sequence builds upon the eye movements in the TFT session to infuse healing colors into each chakra. A guided visualization helps you anchor in your healing session keeping you balanced, calm, and peaceful for your day. The color sequence helps balance the root chakra by releasing trauma, pain, and resentment. Join the session for a unique stress relief session and color balancing sequence. Aloha and welcome.

We're going to be starting a session using Thought Field Therapy to release anxiety as well as to balance the chakras.

So it's a combination Thought Field Therapy technique and a chakra healing meditation.

Before we can begin,

We have to do an awareness check-in and tune into where you are right now.

So if you are feeling anxiety,

I want you to measure it from zero to ten and give it a number.

This will help guide us on how to progress through the Thought Field Therapy sequence to get to the eye movements portion.

If your stress level is above a four,

We have to continue tapping using the points of Emotional Freedom Technique,

Specific tapping points for anxiety.

And those tapping points are under the eyes,

At the collarbone,

And under the arms,

At our ribs.

So measure your stress right now,

Your anxiety,

From zero to ten.

And now we're going to begin tapping.

And we're going to begin tapping under your eyes for a count of twenty-two.

And then we're going to move on to the collarbone and under the arms,

And we're going to reassess with an awareness check-in.

Once we get down to the number four,

We can move on to the eye movements.

If you notice that you have not dropped down to a number four at any time,

You can rewind this audio,

Do the sequence again,

Before you move on to the Thought Field Therapy piece,

Which is the eye movements.

Where is your anxiety or stress now?

If your stress is still above a four,

Rewind and continue tapping.

One to two more times will possibly be needed to get you down to a four.

For those of you that are at a four,

We're going to begin the eye movements.

To move on to the eye movements,

You have to locate the gamut point on the back of your hand.

It is between the pinky finger and the ring finger,

But in the metatarsals,

So behind the palm of your hand.

You're going to find a tender point there and you're going to tap with the opposite hand.

It doesn't matter if you're tapping on the right hand or the left hand,

Whatever is comfortable.

You're always going to be tapping this point as we move our eyes.

So continue to tap.

We're going to close our eyes.

Open our eyes.

Open them.

Look up and to the center,

Down to the left.

Up and to the center,

Down to the right.

Up and to the center,

Down to the left.

Up and to the center,

Down to the right.

Up and to the center,

Down to the left.

Up and to the center,

Down to the right.

Now we're going to do three circles in both directions.

Three circles to the left.

The goal here is to get it to a zero or a one,

Hopefully a zero.

We're going to do the sequence three more times and then we're going to reassess again before we move on to the chakra balancing series.

From zero to ten,

Where is your anxiety or stress?

If you are down to a zero,

Then we can move on to the chakra balancing piece of this meditation.

If you have not made it down to a zero,

Then rewind.

Continue tapping on the gamma point.

Do the eye movement several times again until you get down to a zero.

It's very important for you to tune in and be aware that you have released the emotion before moving on to this chakra balancing piece.

I invite you to close your eyes and relax.

Allow the sound of my voice to guide you into relaxation,

Allowing you to notice how calm and peaceful you feel as you complete this thought field therapy session and enter the chakra balancing piece.

I want you to take in three deep,

Slow breaths as I count down from three to one,

Three,

Two and one.

I want you to notice how peaceful and calm and relaxed your body is.

I want you to notice the base of your spine,

Your root chakra.

I invite you to follow the sweet points with circular motions in your eyes as you imagine light infusing your root chakra and all the chakras as I guide you.

The color we're infusing into the root chakra to keep us grounded today is green.

I invite you to imagine a bright,

Green light rotating at your root chakra and go ahead and move your eyes in the same direction.

As I say the word green,

You're going to rotate your eyes to the right three times.

And then again,

When I guide you to rotate your eyes to the left,

When I say the word green,

We'll begin rotating our eyes to the right as the green light rotates in our root chakra.

Green,

Green,

Green.

Now we're rotating to the left.

Green.

Allow those two rotating circles to continue to create your space in your root chakra,

Going to the right and to the left,

Clearing out space and create motion.

Now we're moving up to the sacral chakra.

The color is orange.

As I count down three times,

Saying the color orange,

You're going to rotate your eyes and allow that light to clear your sacral chakra in a circular motion to the right.

Orange,

Orange,

Orange.

Now three circles to the left.

Orange,

Orange,

Orange.

Allow that figure eight to continue and rotate and clear and make space.

Now we're moving on to the solar plexus.

As I say the word,

We're going to rotate our eyes to the right.

Yellow,

Yellow,

Yellow.

As this color infuses into the solar plexus.

And now rotate our eyes to the left.

Yellow,

Yellow,

Yellow.

Allow that yellow color to continue to rotate and clear space in your solar plexus.

As we move on to the heart chakra.

As I say the color green,

Allow the green to expand in your heart chakra.

We rotate our eyes to the right.

Green,

Green,

Green.

Now we rotate to the left.

Green,

Green,

Green.

Allow that figure eight to continue to rotate and clear space in your heart chakra.

As we continue to balance your body.

Now in your third eye,

I invite you to notice the color purple.

And as I recite the color purple,

Rotate your eyes to the right.

Purple,

Purple.

And now rotate three times to the left.

Purple,

Purple,

Purple.

Allow those circles to continue to clear out space in your third eye and allow intuitive guidance to guide you today as we balance your chakra.

Allow that figure eight to remain sitting here,

Clearing out space.

And now we move up to your crown chakra.

The color is white.

Bright,

Brilliant,

Divine light.

Spins,

As I say the color white,

To the right.

White,

White,

White.

And now to the left.

White.

Allow all your chakras to remain spinning in your figure eight motion as you clear up space and allow this balancing to happen.

Notice how peaceful,

Calm,

And relaxed you are.

I invite you to notice now above the crown of your head,

The sun is beaming its bright,

Brilliant,

Yellow light.

Allow that yellow light to travel through all your chakras,

Through your body,

Into the earth as it clears up space and releases anything that doesn't serve you.

It travels through your head,

Your ears,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your hands,

Your thorax,

Your abdomen,

Your hips,

Your legs,

Your knees,

Your ankles,

Your feet,

Into the earth,

Releasing anything that doesn't serve you.

Now I invite you to notice there are vines,

Clean,

Vibrant vines from the earth grounding you and supporting you.

They travel up your legs and up your root,

Through your spine,

Up your feet,

Ankles,

Calves,

Knees,

Thighs,

Hips,

Up your spine,

Through your abdomen,

Through your torso,

Up your neck,

Through your throat,

Through your head,

Your third eye,

Your crown,

Up into your superconscious,

The divine,

And you're connected from above and below.

And just to make sure you are anchored and grounded from above and below,

I invite you to imagine an anchor above you,

Tied to a golden cord coming from the divine.

Allow it to travel down each and every chakra,

Anchoring you to the center of the earth.

This is a magical cord,

It cannot break any chakra.

It remains balanced and maintaining and keeping you grounded and supported today.

It travels through your crown,

Your third eye,

Your throat,

Your heart,

Your solar plexus,

Sacral chakra,

And root chakra,

Deep,

Deep down into the center of the earth.

It's grounded at the center of the earth,

Keeping you balanced,

Safe,

And secure.

I invite you to notice how peaceful,

Calm,

And relaxed you are.

How this simple practice has helped you access mind over matter.

How you have calmed your nervous system and boosted your immune system.

You practice so much.

As I count down from 22 to 1,

You will awaken,

And all these energies and sensations will be released.
