Hi, my dear mindfulness friends, this practice is in session 3 in the Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy for Life (MBCT-L) course. We take a pause and practice a short breathing space: widening attention to the present mind and body, narrowing attention to the anchor, and expanding attention to the whole body.
